Right in the heart of Matera, a refined atmosphere, tasty and beautifully presented dishes. A good wine list. Reasonable prices, friendly staff. A small terrace overlooking the Sassi. Recommended.

We were lucky enough to dine at a table overlooking the Sassi! Incredible experience! Excellent menu and service! I recommend the cod, delicious and plentiful.

We visited during a visit to Matera to celebrate a birthday. We were welcomed into a beautiful setting. The varied menu was satisfying, as were the dishes we sampled. The owners' sweet surprise when they learned the reason for our visit was very welcome. We will definitely be back.

17/09/2025: We had a crepe and if you are passing by or you want one I recommend stopping by for the quality and speed, the staff are also great!
30/08/2025: The gelato here is just the right amount of sweet and delicious! I tried the pistachio, caramel, and lemon flavors, and all three were tasty.

24/12/2025: A nice small restaurant in Matera center amongst the touristic areas. The food was quite tasty and the people were super friendly. Considering the touristic nature of the place the restaurants are quite pricy you pay more invariably and this place is similar. Considering that they serve authentic local Cuisines and food was good it is recommended.
05/10/2025: Super nice and super delicious! We had the orecchiette al ragu and tagliolini al tartufo lucano. I really don't understand the negative reviews! I would definitely come back here!
