29/07/2025: Excellent takeout and sliced pizza in the center of Matera. Just steps away is a spectacular panoramic view. Friendly and fast staff. Delicious pizza and panzerotti. We ordered and enjoyed it outside.

26/07/2025: We started with a small hiccup: a new girl took our order and, whether out of excitement or something else, forgot it. They were very kind to apologize and admit their mistake, which is a credit to us. The pizza was well-cooked and the panzerotto was delicious. Excellent!!

10/08/2025: A great experience, the rooms were really clean and the staff was friendly. The only downside was the lack of communication regarding check-out time. It's also in a super ideal location for exploring the city.

21/08/2025: Terrible experience, we waited 2 hours to eat, rude and incompetent staff not to mention the Calabrese waiter, who should learn to do his job well and respect customers. Not recommended.

20/08/2025: A place where you can eat a pizza worthy of the name, with a beautifully lit projection of the cathedral overhead (we ate outside in the evening). Friendly and fast service. In short, nothing to say except a warm goodbye.

25/08/2025: We arrived at 2:00 p.m. We were given a table without any problem. After ordering our drinks, they told us the kitchen would be closing in 10 minutes and that we should hurry up and order. When we went to order dessert, they told us no, the kitchen was closed, and how much tiramisu? We ordered two cortados, and they brought us two black coffees, expressing their displeasure. As for the food: the Paccheri were floating in two fingers of oil. The tiramisu hadn't even seen the coffee. If they had told us the kitchen would be closing in 10 minutes, we wouldn't have sat down and would have enjoyed the meal at another restaurant. Price-quality ratio: expensive. The service was terrible.

23/08/2025: We dined outdoors at this taverna. What can I say? Very good traditional cuisine, very helpful staff, fast service, and fair prices.

03/07/2025: I went to this pizzeria for lunch for the first time. I immediately noticed the kindness and welcome of the staff and the quality and quantity of the pizza ingredients, which were truly excellent. Top quality/price ratio, coming from Bari I was pleasantly surprised by the bill, given that here in Puglia the prices are often unbalanced or even excessive for a pizza with the family. I will return with great pleasure.

30/06/2025: We went there on a Saturday night after booking. The place is nice and the pizza is good (even if the pizza chefs should check the cooking), but the service is decidedly poor, especially if you are greeted by a gentleman in the dining room who tends to snort when he sees you and who smiles at you ironically when you make a request. Dear sir, being a waiter is an art for few and when you reach a certain age and the passion wanes it is better to retire.

13/05/2025: During a weekend in Accettura and the surrounding area, we stopped for dinner at this inn. Even though the restaurant was closed, the owner welcomed us with great courtesy and availability. The experience was simply extraordinary. We started with a rich local appetizer: artisanal cured meats, fresh dairy products, pickles and the inevitable crusco pepper. Next, a first course typical of the Accettura tradition: fresh pasta with pepper sauce, tasty and authentic. As a second course, a mixed grill with sausage, goat and lamb: tender meat, well cooked and full of flavor. We concluded with two ricotta-based desserts, accompanied by a bottle of excellent Aglianico. All at a really reasonable price. If you are in the area, I highly recommend contacting the restaurant and booking. It is really worth it!

13/08/2025: A casual yet welcoming place, like the very kind waitress who looked after us. We had lunch with two very generous, tasty, and well-seasoned first courses. We didn't order anything else because we had to get back on the road, but the menu offers traditional dishes that looked very interesting. Highly recommended!

The atmosphere is enhanced by the menu designed by chef Gabriele Marino, which combines flavor with tradition and innovation. Sight, taste, and smell are awakened by the ingredients, which blend in an explosion of flavors worth letting yourself be transported by, creating a magnificent magic for the palate. An experience worth trying, paired with recommended wines that enhance everything. The service is also excellent and attentive. In short, if you find yourself in Matera, stop by the "Le Bubbole" restaurant and experience their dishes and the perfect view of the Sassi.
