03/02/2025: Fried pizza (tomato mozzarella) is absolutely delicious. If you go around 6:30, you can eat freshly made warm pizza. I packed it because it was close to my accommodation, and waited until 6:30 the next day to buy it again🍕❣️

05/04/2025: I had dinner here a few weeks ago, the starters are really very abundant and it is possible to taste different flavours. The all you can eat form for meat is good even if you have to wait a bit between one course and another. I gave the room a 3 only because it was really very hot inside, I don't know if it was due to the fact that there were a lot of people or that despite it being a not cold evening inside the room the heaters were on

03/04/2025: Non mi è piaciuto come qualità e servizio, prezzo sovrastimato. Unica nota positiva la location che ricorda davvero quella dei nonni. Il vino si fa bere anche se lo si paga caro pur essendo "della casa".

31/03/2025: Excellent restaurant in the center, welcoming and very kind staff. Tourist menu at a very competitive price, today as dish of the day I was able to choose an excellent legume soup with cardoncelli mushrooms and an excellent meat stew. Highly recommended.

27/10/2024: Cena di fine campagna AIB con 25 persone, prenotazione per una base di pesce ed un vegetariano super prenotato (io!). Ho ricevuto una particolare attenzione e le stesse portate degli altri ospiti, antipasto ricco e vario senza zucchine grigliate (evviva!), cavatelli profumati con peperoni, cubetti di zucca e dischi di zucchina; parmigiana, tortino di patate, broccoletti stufati ... tutto molto buono. Gli altri 24 ospiti che hanno mangiato a base di pesce hanno gradito abbastanza le loro portate ma non mi sono sembrati entusiasti.

13/04/2025: Super nice place to have an aperitif in Matera! My friends and I had an aperitif with spritzes, crostoni and platters of top cold cuts and cheeses. The guys who work there are super nice and made our day. So thank you Emanuele and Nico, we love you. Kisses from Lecce :)

04/01/2025: Posto eccezionale. Il Sign. Angelo ci ha permesso di assaporare i sapori più autentici della cucina lucana: un antipasto di verdure buonissimo (aglio marinato davvero delizioso), capriata e polpette gustosissime; tutto accompagnato da un ottimo aglianico dop. A conclusione della cena abbiamo assaggiato un gelato buono e originale. Il servizio è stato efficiente e cordiale (la sig.ra Imperia è gentile, solare e precisa). Che dire poi di Angelo: divertente, attento, appassionato. Si capisce dal primo istante che ama quello che fa e ama accogliere chi si siede a tavola. Ci ha deliziato con i piatti della tradizione e ci ha fatto sorridere in modo vero e pieno. Lasciamo Matera con gioia. Grazie davvero! Decisamente consigliato!

17/02/2025: We first dined at Le Bubbole when we were visiting Matera and were so impressed by the amazing food and professional service that we chose it for our wedding celebration—and it was the best decision! A special thanks to Sabino, who made everything run smoothly and helped to organize everything in less than a month! And thanks to the entire staff for their outstanding service. The food, wine pairing, and organization were perfect. The highlight of the night was the rooftop champagne tower with fireworks and a stunning Sassi view—absolutely unforgettable! Us and our guests loved every moment, and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Sabino, and the whole team, for making our day so special!

28/03/2025: I ate an amazing pasta here! Everything was good and the vibe of the place was lovely. Very good prices for what you get.

15/03/2025: Food very bland. We tried several dishes (carbonara, brusquetta, lasagne, second set and vegetable soup. We definitely do not recommend it. A plus for the atmosphere, but that's only one plus of this place. We subtract points for the service because the gentleman forgot about one dish that we didn't get at all.

13/02/2025: Eravamo una coppia di amiche e abbiamo ordinato due pizze, che tutto sommato erano buone. Tuttavia, una delle due è arrivata senza due ingredienti, cosa che ci ha sorpreso, soprattutto considerando che era sabato. La cameriera ci ha comunicato l'errore solo dopo aver preso l'ordine, un po' disorganizzato. Il locale ha un'atmosfera tipica da osteria, accogliente ma nulla di speciale. Il servizio è stato corretto, ma nel complesso l’esperienza non è stata memorabile. Tre stelle, con margini di miglioramento.
