19/10/2025: Specializing in meat cooking, from arrosticini to premium cuts. I really liked the research that goes into every dish and ingredient, all selected according to a very specific criterion: customer satisfaction. Fillet arrosticini, usually hard to find in a restaurant, are available here. The Godot appetizer was thrilling, two courses that vary according to the seasonality of the products, but which are a sublime explosion of flavors. One of these was the pumpkin tart on a cheese fondue and balsamic reduction, with a crunchy note provided by the puffed Venere rice, a flavor explosion. The wine cellar was also interesting, well-stocked for interesting pairings with the dishes. The meat was also exceptional and cooked to perfection. A very positive experience.

10/11/2025: Incredible experience! I'll start by describing the first course: ricotta ravioli with meat sauce. The ravioli are exceptional, with a firm dough that you can taste, and the artisanal ricotta filling is perfect. The meat sauce isn't too heavy or overpowering, as it should be for ravioli where the filling should also stand out. The level is raised with the cacio e ova balls, by far the best I've ever had. Fried but not heavy, the cheese is top-quality, and the sauce is perfect. The cheesecake is artisanal, and I've rarely had one of this level in a restaurant. The grilled meat was exceptional, and the baked potatoes were excellent. An absolute must-try for anyone in the area.

Servers attention was impecable and dedicated with the surprising advantage of speaking English (we are slow Italian language learners :( ) The food was outstanding I tried Mugnaia for the first time and it was an explosion of delicious flavors. 28/02/2026: We were passing by on a Sunday for lunch! The arrosticini were fine, but we asked for pasta to be cooked for our 1-year-old daughter. The pasta arrived after an hour and was as hard as if it had never seen water!!! They explained that they were full and couldn't make it "when it really needed 5 minutes!!!" A truly terrible gesture! NEVER AGAIN!!!
