10/05/2025: Very nice farmhouse in a panoramic position. We were there for lunch on Easter Monday. For that day there was no fixed menu and so we took a starter of cold cuts and cheeses for 4, 4 "pallott cacio e ove". 5 first courses; 2 guitars with asparagus, 2 with ragù and at the owner's suggestion the tortelloni with ricotta (all very good). Only one second course of grilled meat (sausage, lamb and 10 skewers), the meat also excellent and freshly cooked. 1/4 of wine, sparkling and still water, 2 coffees, a homemade dessert and 1 gentian all for €140, probably a little expensive, but given that it was a holiday it's okay. The owner and his daughter!? very kind and quick in service.

10/06/2025: Very thin Roman style pizza, good fried potatoes but very greasy fried pizza. Arrosticini not very tasty. A note is about the waiting times a bit long. However I recommend going there because the quality/price ratio is correct

22/05/2025: Nestled in the lively center of Pescara, this restaurant makes you feel at home. Absolute hospitality, great courtesy of all the staff and a truly thoughtful and interesting menu. They offer traditional dishes, but also decidedly tasty reinterpretations, with the aim of enhancing the seasonal products of the area. Mrs. Pia is a truly kind and welcoming host, she cares about her customers and pampers them with homemade desserts, truly exceptional. If you want to spend a nice evening in Pescara, you can't miss this restaurant!

30/05/2025: Excellent restaurant in the center of Pescara with a COOK (not with "someone who cooks"). And I've said it all for the cuisine. Friendliness and helpfulness of those who serve. Absolute versatility in the menus, and needs such as a lunch break. Very honest quality-price ratio.

24/05/2025: Simple, basic but concrete place, as requested today. A mix between fast food and slow food where you can dine quickly but at the same time maintain the Mediterranean quality of food. Very suitable for young people both single and in company also for the low costs. Parking on site is problematic but in the nearby riverside there are plenty of possibilities.

17/05/2025: I went to "Osteria Battibecco" this evening and it was a truly pleasant discovery. The food is high quality and the staff is wonderful and welcoming, always with a smile. The stuffed pizza was an explosion of flavors, with fresh ingredients and a crispy crust at the right point and the buffalo mozzarella in the center really fresh. The arrosticini were tender and tasty, cooked to perfection. But the highlight of the evening was the Tomahawk: a majestic steak, cooked exactly how I like it and a really intense flavor. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff who made our evening even more special. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a high quality culinary experience. I will definitely be back to visit you!

31/05/2025: PIADINAS OF AN UNBEATABLE LEVEL. Consumed on the spot, they are unrivaled; on busy days it is worth waiting a few minutes more to have the meat cooked on the spot (pay attention when they prepare a piadina with sausage or hamburger in a few minutes... it means they are pre-cooked and reheated!)

18/05/2025: AWESOME! La Siesta has become a regular stop when I go to Pescara...and it NEVER disappoints me. The only problem with this place is that the piada is so good that I have to fight with myself to not order another. The staff is very quick in their service and very kind...the place, in addition to being very welcoming, is also very clean! The kitchen is open and there is never anything out of place.

11/05/2025: Locale con un menù completamente turistico. I camerieri hanno confermato avere tutto pesce assolutamente fresco ma arriva tutt altro, solo a pensare che Pescara era allagata da giorni. Pagato uno sproposito. Menù da rivedere e inserire soprattutto i surgelati, patatine fritte comprese.

17/09/2024: We smelled the pizza from the car as we passed it! We only tasted the margherita and the flavor surpassed - unimaginably - the aroma. Soft dough, perfect leavening and very crunchy on the edges. Highest quality tomato and mozzarella. Very kind owner and incredible prices! We have already spotted some shower heads to take on our return to the trust, beautiful to look at, I'm sure the flavor won't disappoint either.

02/05/2025: Esperienza culinaria straordinaria in una location curata in ogni dettaglio, davanti ad un panorama, quello della Majella, incantevole. Si è accolti come se si fosse a casa proria: ogni pietanza presentata dal camiere di sala, è un viaggio verso gusti che restituiscono al palato, una sensazione piacevole ed emozionante. Per tutta la durata del pasto, non siamo mai stati lasciati soli. Ingredienti di alta qualità, ottima la selezione dei vini proposti e prezzi nella norma. Tornerò volentieri a trovarvi.

16/02/2025: Good ice cream, but you get lost in a glass of water. Not having waffle cones limits you a lot. Then when you have it you charge €0.30 more. Another flaw is that you make cones with a maximum of 3 flavours. I hope something will change this year. A good ice cream needs all its details
