Excellent pasta and perfect atmosphere/service, I would recommend the pizza rather than the arrosticini
We visited Bruno's on Via Vestina and can only compliment everyone. The products are top-quality, but what really makes the difference is the extraordinary professionalism of the staff.
A special thanks to the girl in the dining room, always kind, sweet, and impeccable, and to Matteo, equally professional and courteous. His infectious smile made us feel immediately at ease, immersed in a cheerful and genuinely family atmosphere.
The only "flaw"? Matteo is a Milan fan! 😜 However, we must admit that, with the way he brightened up our evening, for a good two seconds he almost made me feel like a Milan fan myself (but just two seconds, let's not exaggerate!).
Jokes aside, sincere compliments to all the staff and a special shout-out to the master pizza chef for his exquisite creations.
Thank you so much for a wonderful evening, we'll definitely be back.

I couldn't help but leave a positive review after 3 years of going consistently at least twice a month. I would go more often if it weren't for the incompatibility with my phone or my voice, and who answers the phone when they do answer... aside from this inconvenience, I can assure you that among the best restaurants in Italy, and this is coming from someone who has eaten out daily for 25 years and has been to every restaurant in the world, there isn't a single dish that isn't excellent... COMPLIMENTS REALLY!!! EVERYTHING IS SO GOOD. One piece of advice, if I may, to make it top-notch, the waiters could use a little more friendliness. It's not that they're rude, absolutely not, but a little more friendliness wouldn't hurt.

I've been to Bruno's several times, and the quality is fairly consistent. The food is a strong point: well-prepared meat and generally well-prepared dishes, with good ingredients and generous portions. There's pizza, but the rest of the menu is worth coming for.
The owner is a longtime host in Montesilvano, and it shows in the restaurant's layout and the consistent service. There's also a kids' area, convenient for families.
The atmosphere is casual, a bit noisy at peak times. Prices are average. In short: a reliable place if you want good food without complications.

Excellent pizza, as were the arrosticini. Service was a little slow, but that might have been because it was sold out. I recommend it.

I'd never been there before. I went with some friends who go often, and I was pleasantly surprised.
The food selection was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was kind and efficient.
I'd love to go back with my family.
