Exceptional Easter lunch. The quality food, in my opinion, is the best of the many restaurants in the area. Kudos to Alessandra, the owner, and the staff. Kudos to everyone. If you're in the area, it's a must-stop.

Truly, always and only a great confirmation!! Even on super crowded days, helpful, kind and fast. Everything super good as always...it's true that even nowadays, a high bill is not a sign of quality!! Truly excellent.

This is a place I trusted, and it not only lived up to my expectations, but exceeded my every expectation.
I'll start with the Pallotte Cacio e Ove, a true symbol of our region. Unfortunately, few know how to make them truly well, and Nonno Liborio is among those excellent interpreters. The sauce is expertly crafted, and the cheese is perfectly flavorful.
We continued by tasting the Formaggio di Farindola, carefully presented and enriched with some unique details that pleasantly surprised us.
Special praise goes to the Pecora alla Callara, with its unique softness.
Finally, we enjoyed two exquisite first courses that I prefer not to reveal, but which I highly recommend you try.
Everything is cooked with great passion and served with a kindness that makes you feel immediately at home. Alessandra is a superb host who elevates Abruzzo's tradition.
