I had dinner at Sughero in Montesilvano and was truly impressed. The place is beautiful and well-kept, yet at the same time the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, always present without being intrusive. The dishes were the best part; everything was delicious, with quality ingredients and meticulous presentation. You can tell there's attention to detail and a desire to do something different. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable dinner. Definitely a place to return to and one I'd recommend to anyone looking for good food and a wonderful evening.

We spent a pleasant evening at this restaurant for Valentine's Day. The food was good, with many items homemade, though fried food was perhaps a little too greasy. Dishes were not ordinary, making it a great place for dinner or an aperitif out of the ordinary. The dessert was exceptional. Even though I'm not a big fan of sweets, it was truly delicious and had unique pairings (panna cotta with Altino peppers and orange oil). A good selection of wines. Compliments definitely go to the waitress, who was always discreet and kind, and knowledgeable both in presenting the à la carte and special menus and recommending wines.

If you're looking for a quiet place with just a few tables, good music, a good wine list, and good food, this is the place.

A wonderful evening spent at Succhero. Excellent selection of wines and ingredients. Top-notch olive oil. The owners were very kind. Highly recommended. We'll be back.
