I often stop at this restaurant, pizzeria, and bar/shop. I can say without hesitation that it's always an excellent experience, from every perspective.
From the first moment, you can sense the care and passion the staff puts into their work. The welcome is warm, professional, and always accompanied by a smile, making every customer feel at home. The service is quick, attentive, and impeccable, with staff always available to satisfy any request and recommend the house specialties.
The quality of the food is simply extraordinary. The pizzas are made with fresh, select ingredients, featuring a light, fragrant, and highly digestible dough. Each pizza is rich in flavor and crafted with great attention to detail.
The sandwiches also deserve a special mention: generous, tasty, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. Every bite highlights the quality of the ingredients and the balance of flavors, making them among the best in the area.
The arrosticini are authentic and perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful, as tradition dictates. There are classic arrosticini and handmade ones. This is an instantly captivating dish that makes you want to order more. The tagliata (beef slices) are a true highlight of the restaurant: excellent quality meat, expertly cooked and impeccably served. Wonderful room with very high ceilings and spacious feel. Meat display gives you a sense of the freshness and quality of the meats. With a cooking school attached, there's a focus on the preparation and service to a high degree without pretence. Well worth your visit. You'll not be disappointed.
