30/09/2025: The food is good, and Alessio can recommend even the most discerning palates. Hot appetizers include excellent and very tender pecorino alla callara (sheep's bread), followed by a must-try onion platter, which is amazingly good, and the meat stew! The charcuterie board is usually found in other places. The arrosticini are good, but it lacked a bit of salt. The bill is okay. Good service, very friendly waiters, and the place is well-decorated. In the summer, they even have a veranda where you can eat outside. They also do takeout. Overall, it's good!

01/03/2026: A very quaint hotel in the heart of Pescasseroli. The welcome was perfect; the owners are incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms are spotless and cozy, and the breakfast is exceptional!

The room was super comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and varied, the hotel was very central, and the owners were very kind. My daughter couldn't wait to come down for breakfast every morning. 08/03/2026: I celebrated my 50th birthday there. They were fantastic. Among my guests was a nickel-intolerant person who complimented me on how they took care of her. The waiters were all kind, friendly, and attentive. Rocco, Marialuce, and Fabrizio were excellent. The chef, for me, is Michelin-starred; all the courses were tasty, colorful, and beautifully presented. Then there was the hostess, Luana, who was impeccable. I had an additional request for the cake, and she completely accommodated me. She made me delicious mini Pavlovás. Thank you so much for making this day unforgettable. ❤️

05/03/2026: We were immediately greeted by the very friendly staff. The food was very inviting, but it was actually excellent and authentic. The place was clean and not chaotic. The prices were excellent, considering the variety of meat and fish dishes every day, all delicious and different. We came from Rome and went for lunch three days ago, and we had a great time. My husband and I highly recommend it.

29/01/2026: I was a guest for work. If I ever come to L'Aquila for a vacation, I'll definitely stay at this family-run, yet truly professionally managed hotel. The food was delicious, with a freshly baked croissant for breakfast, just the way I like it. The staff were helpful and attentive to their guests' habits. They noticed I was carefully avoiding tomatoes and dairy products and offered suitable options without a word. I thanked them and explained my slight intolerances. The RESTAURANT/PIZZERIA is spacious and attractive, with rooms that sleep three, and tidy and comfortable bathrooms. But above all these aesthetic features, I have to give it a sixth star for the cleanliness of all the rooms. Finally, there's ample parking with a large solar shelter that can accommodate five or six vans or trucks.

15/02/2026: Returning to Dal Pagano is always a pleasure. It's not the first time we've been here, and each time you can sense a constant search for goodness and tradition done right. We loved the cheeses, the rintrociolo and ravioli, the grilled lamb, and the mutton alla callara: all authentic and carefully prepared dishes. The desserts are excellent, especially the fig parfait with San Pasquale. The friendliness and professionalism are impeccable. A trattoria that passionately showcases the local area.
