05/10/2025: Today I had the pleasure of lunch at Emiliano's La Fuocina, and it was a truly memorable experience. I tasted a full-blood Wagyu "Italia" rib-eye steak that was simply extraordinary: a unique, tender meat, perfectly marbled, with an intense and refined flavor. An absolute delight, never tasted before! And not just the meat: the appetizers and first courses were also meticulously prepared, balanced, and bursting with flavor. All this was accompanied by attentive and friendly service, which made the day even more enjoyable. This restaurant is absolutely worth a try, and I recommend it without hesitation to anyone who loves good food and authentic gastronomic experiences.

26/01/2026: Had lunch with a group of friends. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff were super friendly, and the food was delicious. The first courses were indescribable. This restaurant was a pleasant discovery. I will recommend it and definitely return.

23/02/2026: In the center of L'Aquila, just steps from Piazza Duomo and the main street, lies our favorite restaurant in the city. We've been frequenting Da Lincosta since 2019, and it has never disappointed us at every lunch or dinner, always noting an improvement in the quality of the dishes offered. They also recently renovated the restaurant, and in the summer, you can dine on their splendid terrace. The menu changes based on seasonal produce, but some dishes are always present, and having tasted practically all of them over the years, I can confirm what I said above. The wine list is excellent, featuring excellent wines from Abruzzo. The desserts deserve special mention: pastry chef Federico, the owners' son, creates sublime and balanced desserts. Also worth trying is the Sunday breakfast, which is offered in both sweet and savory options, always using homemade products. I recommend booking.

30/09/2025: The food is good, and Alessio can recommend even the most discerning palates. Hot appetizers include excellent and very tender pecorino alla callara (sheep's bread), followed by a must-try onion platter, which is amazingly good, and the meat stew! The charcuterie board is usually found in other places. The arrosticini are good, but it lacked a bit of salt. The bill is okay. Good service, very friendly waiters, and the place is well-decorated. In the summer, they even have a veranda where you can eat outside. They also do takeout. Overall, it's good!

01/03/2026: A very quaint hotel in the heart of Pescasseroli. The welcome was perfect; the owners are incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms are spotless and cozy, and the breakfast is exceptional!

The room was super comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and varied, the hotel was very central, and the owners were very kind. My daughter couldn't wait to come down for breakfast every morning. 29/03/2026: Great experience. We were welcomed with bubbles and a savory tart. The cheese platter included delicious cheeses. The first course, "Vrache di mulo," was amazing! For dessert, "La pizza Doce," the best I've ever eaten. We'll definitely be back!!!

08/03/2026: I celebrated my 50th birthday there. They were fantastic. Among my guests was a nickel-intolerant person who complimented me on how they took care of her. The waiters were all kind, friendly, and attentive. Rocco, Marialuce, and Fabrizio were excellent. The chef, for me, is Michelin-starred; all the courses were tasty, colorful, and beautifully presented. Then there was the hostess, Luana, who was impeccable. I had an additional request for the cake, and she completely accommodated me. She made me delicious mini Pavlovás. Thank you so much for making this day unforgettable. ❤️

05/03/2026: Osteria near Abruzzo Airport. We ordered burgers and pizzas to say goodbye to Italy. The pizza was delicious. The waiter was very attentive and friendly.

14/03/2026: Lunch with two children. Typical Abruzzo food, with a focus on tradition and a touch of innovation. Everything was excellent, the only flaw being that some of the arrosticini tasted a bit like lamb... Otherwise, everything was excellent: a clean and welcoming place, excellent service. There's no parking, so we'll have to park on the street. We'll definitely be back at the first opportunity.

30/03/2026: Great restaurant, here you will find many local delicacies, I highly recommend trying one of the dishes which include cod. Good friendly service and excellent food, looking forward to the next visit.

12/03/2026: A good hotel-restaurant on Highway 17 near Barisciano offering good value. The rooms were basic, but had everything you could need, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Recommended for visiting the tourist attractions in Abruzzo.

07/04/2026: We came here on Easter Monday and were really satisfied. Everything was delicious, from the starters to the main courses, with quality ingredients and well-prepared dishes. The portions are generous and the value is excellent. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming.
