07/03/2025: Attentive and kind staff. The environment is professional and warm at the same time, you can perceive the passion and values transmitted by the Academy.
We were welcomed and accompanied by Francesco during dinner, who with great professionalism welcomed our requests and explained the dishes if necessary.
A special commendation to Fabio, who confirmed to us the style and elegance of a good host, the same vocation for attention to customers that Niko and Cristiana have.
02/03/2025: Un piccolo viaggio culinario dove le proposte possono sorprendere per la preparazione e l’idea. I piatti sono preparati da studenti di una scuola professionale guidati da due chef acclamati. Il luogo è suggestivo e il cibo un esperienza speciale da provare. Complimenti!

Piatti gradevolissimi, ben curati e ben presentati che tengono fede alla cultura e alla tradizione della gastronomia abruzzese e di quella teramana in particolare. Menu vario per pietanze gustose e originali. Garbato ed efficiente il servizio, Ambiente pulito e curato. Rapporto qualità/prezzo decisamente conveniente.

12/04/2025: We booked a classic buffet and a specific one for celiacs. When we went to pick it up, the portion for celiacs had not been taken into consideration, and, in the classic buffet, the stuffed focaccias were missing.
Very disappointing service and unprofessional staff in resolving their internal problems.
