The pizza was good, even the gluten-free one, light and tasty. The helpful and responsive staff met our every expectation; we definitely recommend it.

Very welcoming and friendly staff, outdoor tables, and a cozy atmosphere filled with greenery and flowers. Light dough, pizzas perhaps a little over-topped, but worth a try. The pizza by the slice is a great idea for sampling multiple flavors and sharing a pizza with friends. One slice easily accommodates three people. But the highlight is the gluten-free pizza: the best I've ever had!!!!

We discovered this pizzeria by chance while on vacation, and it turned out to be one of the best discoveries of the trip! Being celiac, finding a truly good gluten-free pizza is never a given, but here I was pleasantly surprised: light, tasty dough, and top-quality ingredients. A pizza that won me over from the first bite to the last. Even my dining companions, who aren't celiac, thoroughly enjoyed their traditional pizzas, confirming the high quality of this place. A great added value was the staff: everyone was extremely kind and polite. The young woman who served us was smiling, helpful, and truly cheerful, making us feel at ease right away. The owner, meanwhile, with his warmth and friendliness, conveyed all the passion and attention he puts into his work, and this is evident in every detail. A place I definitely recommend to anyone who loves great pizza. We'll definitely be back!!

This evening, after several calls to various pizzerias, we finally chose Acqua e Farina Montesilvano, a very nice little place. We had an excellent pizza by the slice with top-quality ingredients, well-cooked, light, and not only that, but also a very good gluten-free pizza. Excellent service, the owner was very kind and friendly. I recommend it to everyone, we will definitely be back. 🍕🍕🍕🔝🔝🔝

I discovered celiac disease in 2009....but I say never...never...never...have I eaten such a good pizza! I had a cheese and honey pizza...what can I say!.....Compliments to the pizza chef and thank you for giving gluten-free pizzas the look, but above all, the taste, of a normal pizza. 😉.....I live in Rome but Acqua e Farina is a superlative place! 06.09.2026

I booked for my mom's 81st birthday. The place was lovely and welcoming! We sat outside on a deck, under a pergola, with perfect lighting and, most importantly, no mosquitoes! We had a wonderful time; the staff was friendly, smiling, professional, yet down-to-earth. Even though it was our first time, we felt right at home. The food was excellent, the pizza was amazing; I've never had such a good pizza, rich yet light. We'll definitely be back soon and I'll recommend it to everyone! Well done everyone, and thank you!!!
