27/09/2025: We thought we'd give this place a second chance...but unfortunately, once again we waited over an hour to finish our first order, and it didn't even arrive at the table until the very end. Even the little food we did eat was cold and not fresh. Slow service and extremely long waits...what a shame!!!

27/09/2025: I've been to this restaurant, and the wait was incredibly long. We arrived at 12:15 and hadn't even finished our first order after an hour.

03/09/2025: When we want sushi... Genkai is a surefire choice! Clean, friendly, and a wide selection. We've never felt sick after eating here.

24/08/2025: honestly I came here today and I had a really bad time if I can say the place is very nice but my friends and I arrived at 12.30 and at 2pm half of the dishes we ordered still have to arrive as soon as we arrived we ask the waiters and they answer us rudely and not only the food is not that great

08/06/2025: Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing in several ways. The service was slow and disorganized: we had to wait a long time both to order and to receive the dishes, even though the place was not particularly crowded. Some dishes arrived cold, others were forgotten altogether, forcing us to repeatedly ask the staff, who seemed inattentive and unhelpful. I would not recommend it, at least based on my experience.

24/09/2025: Overall, the experience was negative. I came for dinner, and even though the menu on the website said the price would be €25.90, when we came to pay, we were told the price was €29. When we showed the online menu, we were told that was the old menu, which wasn't even mentioned on the website. Furthermore, even though the uramaki dishes were shown as four on the menu, when served at the table they were eight. We weren't able to finish the dishes we ordered because the quantities were double what we requested. When we raised the issue with the waitress, she didn't bother to explain or apologize, but instead left our dishes without even replying. Furthermore, many dishes were sour and not as pictured on the menu. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone expecting a light, transparent atmosphere and high-quality food for the price.

13/10/2025: The food is well-presented but tastes like any other all-you-can-eat restaurant, but the price is exorbitant for being à la carte. The atmosphere is dark and '90s-style, nice but nothing that would suggest anything exclusive. The service is acceptable, but there's a clear language barrier and they're quite slow in bringing the dishes—half an hour for uramachi. There's ample parking, but watch out for potholes. Overall, €70 for 2 spaghetti, 8 uramachi, and 12 pieces of salmon sashimi seems excessive to me.

22/08/2025: The wait time is too long, waiting an hour for a portion of sushi is out of this world, plus the pictures they put on the menu aren't what you get at your table, I won't go back if this is the service.

22/07/2025: Even if the ambiance isn't particularly appealing, you feel at home, like you're in a Vietnamese restaurant where the whole family lives and works. The sushi is excellent, the fish quality is particularly good. The food was prepared very quickly, and even the spring rolls were homemade. You get very good sushi here with a wide selection and good quality at a fair price. We'll definitely be back.

29/06/2025: Peggior ristorante dove ho mangiato in tutta la vita! Già all’ingresso non prometteva nulla di che…. Ci siamo accomodati alle 21:00 e ci hanno portati piatti di carta …. Abbiamo ordinato! Il bere l’hanno portato dopo 15 minuti! E alle 21:40 erano arrivati solamente 4 piatti! (Noi eravamo in 6) alle 22:00 ci siamo alzati e siamo andati dal kebabaro che c’era di fronte ….

11/05/2025: Complicato trovare posto perché sempre pieno con due turni ma quando trovo un tavolo ci vado volentieri. Personale gentile e cibo secondo me molto buono in maniera costante. Nessun commento negativo se non la difficoltà a trovare un tavolo ed il doppio turno che mi sa un po’ di catena di montaggio …

29/07/2025: A disappointing experience in every way. I ordered a large poke bowl, and the only thing that was "large" was the price. The bowl was barely more than half full, with very few ingredients. The fish, which should be the main ingredient in poke, was practically nonexistent, and the little that was present was of truly mediocre quality, not at all appetizing. To make matters worse, the delivery arrived later than expected, further worsening an already negative experience. Poor value for money. Definitely not recommended; there are many better options in the area.

30/09/2025: Poor food, terrible service, and a dirty, neglected environment. Never again!! It was my first time eating here. I trusted the pseudo-good reviews I found online... I walk in and they don't even say hello. I ask for a slightly private table and they look at me askance. I ask for simple first courses with vegetables, and the vegetables are just two, small pieces of lettuce scattered with carrots and a few bamboo sprigs (obviously, the first course takes on the bitter taste of the cooked salad, which in my opinion has nothing to do with it). But buy two zucchini and do things properly. Not to mention the dirt. Who knows, the kitchen... but I don't want to think about it. I definitely won't be going back. Reluctantly, of course... because I don't like giving negative reviews, but things have to be said as they are.

15/09/2025: Excellent sushi, not necessarily authentic but more adapted to a Western palate, but still excellent! The place is minimal but welcoming, with very fast and friendly service. Recommended!

10/10/2025: Everything is beautiful, the food is good. We found it by accident because I had made a mistake in booking. Now we always go there. The staff is very quick and courteous. To order, you use the app, which I would say is very convenient.

19/08/2025: I've been going to Ghinza for 11 years now. It used to be one of my favorite sushi spots, but with the advent of trendy sushi, it decided to become a traditional Chinese restaurant with hotpot and BBQ, and it still consistently delivers. The owners have always been kind and friendly. Prices are average.

19/10/2025: Excellent restaurant!! I had a great time, the staff were very kind, the food was very good (obviously you can't expect freshly baked food at the buffet, but it was still good), and the sushi was also good! (A little too much rice, but honestly, it was still very good.) I'll definitely be back!!

16/09/2025: I'm sorry to write such a negative review, but for us, it was the worst experience we've ever had at a restaurant. Three of us went there, and we all felt sick. One of my children had severe stomach cramps all night and couldn't go to school the next day. The sushi is poor, with too much rice, and the rice isn't flavorful at all. The Chinese buffet is also pretty low quality. They even pass off meat covered in breadcrumbs as scallops. The steamed dumplings (which we usually love) were truly pitiful. And let's leave aside the egg rolls... And the staff even dared to tell my son "more!" when he asked for more when we hadn't ordered almost anything. We didn't eat much (luckily...), but we also left with bloated, painful bellies and dizziness.

22/08/2025: A quick snack bar with a few tables, so you can also eat in. The food was good and came quickly, but they only use plastic/wooden dishes, which are disposable, which I don't think is good for the environment. The food was tasty, but a bit oily. We didn't want sushi, so we had the food from the wok. The service was friendly, and dogs are allowed. Just under €9 for a portion from the wok.

18/08/2025: NIGHTMARE. POISONING FROM JUST ONE PLATE OF SOY SPAGHETTI WITH VEGETABLES. THANK GOODNESS I DON'T EAT MEAT OR FISH, ELSE I WOULD HAVE DIED. NAUSEA, VOMITING, DIARRHEA, AND RED SPOTS ALL OVER MY BODY. HURRYING, THEY NEED TO SHUT YOU UP.
