The staff is friendly.
The waiter is friendly (if you don't know English very well, you can order a menu with photos and dish numbers)
The menu with the photo corresponds to reality.
The service is averagely good.

22/06/2024: I went for lunch and ate sushi. I have to say it was very poor. Taste perhaps of vinegar (not rice) and fish not odorless.
I'm sorry but I won't go back there again, maybe it will be better on hot dishes

24/07/2023: The quality is very high for an all you can eat, shame about the limited menu for lunch during the week. High quality raw fish, excellent salmon sashimi. Nice place and adequate service. A little too many limitations on the dishes but it is certainly worth trying on the evening menu.
19/07/2023: Avevamo ordinato un po' di volte da questo ristorante ed un sabato sera ci siamo decisi ad andare a mangiarci di persona. Locale molto bello e tropicale, decidiamo di fare un all you can eat. Iniziamo ad ordinare i piatti che dopo una attesa giusta iniziano ad arrivare. Onde evitare di ordinare più di quello che possiamo mangiare preferiamo fare più ordini fino a quando non siamo pieni. Si mangia bene. È un buon sushi con accostamenti fusion molto sfiziosi. Prezzo per una cena onesto.

17/08/2024: Very good and really friendly staff, the only two flaws are that one order didn't arrive even though we had mentioned it and that there is a maximum of 4 orders per person. For the rest, the environment is nice and quite nice, the food very good and with beautiful presentations
14/08/2024: The food is very good and quite varied. It doesn't stay on the stomach and is very tasty. The only advice I can give is to adopt a more advanced and technological ordering system (tablet).

25/05/2024: Non è la mia prima volta ma oggi è stata un’esperienza particolarmente piacevole. Non solo il cibo è eccellente ma il servizio è molto vicino alla perfezione. Consiglio vivamente di provare piatti fuori dall’ordinario.

In the norm. Nothing special
Service: courteous and attentive. They gave me the impression that they wanted me to consume as much as they could. At least that's the impression I got. Maybe I'm wrong.
Environment: very nice and well-kept internally, however the chairs outside were not stable. I have the impression that something is missing. Bathroom not the best but ok.
Other: I had to ask for a receipt because they weren't doing it ⚠️. They got the bill wrong and I had to go back to get it corrected. I'm sure it was actually a mistake as the service was very friendly. But I'll point it out.
Conclusion: all in all a nice place. The food is decent and the prices are ok. Too bad it could be done better
Suggestions:. Portions to be increased.

25/07/2024: I don't know if the management has changed since I came here a couple of years ago. I thought I was going without fail, since I had already been to this poké store but I was wrong. The 3 stars go more to the composition of the poké which is really poor, especially for the snack portion. 4 ingredients mixed together at a slightly cold temperature and then served together with hot rice. I didn't like the combo at all. The staff are courteous, although they processed all JustEat orders before serving customers in the restaurant. We had to wait a while before receiving our order. Otherwise the place is clean and well furnished.
25/07/2024: wide choice of bubble tea, there is also a nice poke menu.
Very "exotic" environment, with prints of tropical forests inside, good service.
Excellent central location.

They charged me €4.50 per person
the staff are very kind.
But those who like it will like it. But to me it didn't surprise me we won't be back!

14/02/2024: A dir poco vergognoso.
Abbiamo deciso di tornarci adesso che si è trasferito a marina di Ragusa, memori della bellissima esperienza nella sede di Ragusa.
Capisco che la data del 14 febbraio sia una giornata particolare, ma non è una cosa accettabile che il locale fosse strapieno e ci fossero solo 2 cameriere e 2 cuochi in cucina. Ci siamo seduti alle 20.45 e alle 22.45 avevamo ricevuto solo l’antipasto (dei gyoza) e il primo dopo circa mezz’ora/40 minuti. Dopodiché non ci hanno servito più niente. All’ennesimo piatto non nostro ci siamo alzati e siamo andati via.
Quantomeno quella che penso sia la proprietaria si è scusata - giustificandosi con il fatto che fosse una serata particolare, ma in questi casi aumenti il personale o eviti di metterti dentro più gente di quella che realmente puoi gestire, visto che abbiamo cenato a esattamente 5 cm di distanza dall’altro tavolo- e non ha voluto che pagassimo nemmeno ciò che realmente avevamo ricevuto.
Non penso che ritorneremo.
30/12/2023: Siamo andati nel nuovo locale a Marina di Ragusa e non abbiamo più trovato i vecchi sapori, hanno snellito il menù e molti prodotti non ci sono più,i prezzi sono rimasti più o meno uguali,devo dire che abbiamo mangiato discretamente ma nulla a che vedere col locale che conoscevamo quando era a Ragusa e che frequentavo almeno un paio di volte all’anno. Un dispiacere.

16/05/2024: Cibo buonissimo, atmosfera tranquilla, pesce crudo freschissimo, servizio buono, prezzi incredibili. Ci vado molto e non sono mai rimasta delusa. Lo consiglio!!!!!! 😆
