01/01/2026: A terrible experience from start to finish. The service was incredibly slow: we waited forever just to order, and the dishes arrived haphazardly and coldly. Children ran around the dining room with toys, screaming and banging on tables, without any of the staff saying anything. Zero supervision and zero respect for the customers. The food was the final straw: we found hair on our plates, which was simply unacceptable. The soy sauce was clearly diluted with water, tasteless and watered down, ruining everything. Hygiene was questionable, quality was extremely low, and the atmosphere was chaotic. I would not recommend it to anyone. Avoid absolutely.

31/12/2025: I wouldn't go back. I tried to give this place two chances, but unfortunately, both times were disappointing. The wait was incredibly long; even just for drinks, we waited ages, and there were only five tables in total. The rice was undercooked, and the soy sauce was so thin it felt like we were dipping the sushi in salt water! A bit excessive. Then, the quality of the fish was average, although the tuna seemed to be close to its expiration date. The sushi was poorly and sloppily made. We ordered the mixed sashimi and they didn't even put everything we were supposed to have in it (raw shrimp). On top of that, they also brought us half of what we ordered; we had to order again to get what we wanted. The atmosphere is a bit depressing; they're not very well-maintained, and the paint and stucco on the walls are peeling off. A shame.

18/09/2025: Excellent food (both the hot dishes and the sushi), very friendly staff, average wait times at peak times. I go there often, and last time I tried the poke, which was a surprise; I'd say the quality is much better than the other poke restaurant at the Valecenter. I'll definitely be back!

13/08/2025: I eat there often and have never had any problems. Today we went and there was a lady (the only non-Asian) with short hair who was very rude and arrogant towards us.

12/02/2026: We often bring our children here, but today's experience was terrible. I don't understand how the supervisor, Salvo, works; even regular employees know the workflow better than he does. The vending machine didn't have a receipt, and the customer had already paid, but he said the customer hadn't paid. The customer showed him the receipt online, but he couldn't find it and complained that the customer didn't know what he had chosen. In the end, he had to ask a clerk to help him compare prices before he could find it.

11/10/2025: We were there for the first time. The location was very well-kept and clean. The service was fast and the staff were kind and attentive. We'll definitely be back. The owners were kind and friendly. We highly recommend it. 😊

30/09/2025: Some orders are unfulfilled. The restaurant is crowded, probably because the kitchen is overwhelmed by the number of orders. It needs to be reconsidered, hoping it was just the wrong day.

08/10/2025: We went for lunch today, arriving around 12:30 as the first customers. A gentleman greeted us and handed us the paper menu we requested (even though they have a QR code). He took our order and served us right away with drinks. The food arrived shortly after. We ordered tofu with mushrooms and bamboo shoots and rice noodles with pork and vegetables, which were very good. My side order was bean sprouts with sautéed julienned carrots (they weren't on the menu, but I asked for a side and they accommodated me), followed by sweet and sour chicken, which was also excellent. The place and restrooms were clean, and the price was more than fair. Considering we were just passing through, it was a great experience; we'll keep it in mind for the future. 😊

29/01/2026: Hi, I wrote a similar review about the Le Torri Shopping Center, and I wanted to share my opinion here too. I think Morbella is increasingly degrading. There are no interesting shops or ones that capture the attention of teenagers. I'm a teenager myself, and I can honestly and clearly say that I see no reason to frequent this shopping center. It's no coincidence that Latinafiori is more popular and has more events than other shopping centers in Latina. Plus, why can't those who live nearby have the opportunity to enjoy themselves here? I'll write down a few ideas that could be implemented: study spaces, tournaments, meet-and-greets, fast food, creative workshops. My intention is to spread the word; I'm not sure who will listen, but I've done my part. On behalf of the people of Latina, please do something to improve these centers!

02/03/2026: We booked yesterday for 2:00 PM. We waited outside for half an hour because the table wasn't available, and another hour before anything arrived. There were 6 of us, and we couldn't eat together because nothing was ready. In fact, after waiting 45 minutes at the table, we were told the linguine was sold out! We only ordered one course because we had to leave and couldn't wait any longer. The cherry on the cake... I asked for a toothpick, and they brought me a 15-cm skewer. It's a shame because the food wasn't bad, but the service, despite not being as crowded as during peak season, was terrible!

01/03/2026: The food (when it arrived) was very good, although the quantity was small. Terrible service. We had a very long wait even though we had arrived and the place was still empty. After about an hour of waiting, they finally deigned to tell us it was their fault... forgetfulness, to be precise. Never again.

29/12/2025: I've eaten here twice and I have to say I've always had a good time. The place is new and clean. The food is wide, fresh, and well-prepared. Prices are reasonable.

22/11/2025: I hate to write this review because the food is good, but it's inconceivable that an order placed at 2:15 PM arrived at 3 PM. The service was incredibly slow, and we didn't eat much. In the end, we didn't order anything else because we were tired of waiting. It should be noted that when we arrived, only 3 tables were occupied; the others filled up later. They need more staff. I was with a child and left at 3 PM because I couldn't take it anymore.

07/09/2025: I went to the restaurant to order takeout poke and hosomaki. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the location was quite neat. I picked up my order, and it was really good. The fish-to-rice ratio, in both items, was truly excellent. The quantity was generous, and the quality was good.
