29/05/2026: The food quality was barely acceptable; we've had AYCE restaurants that were much better. The staff was extremely rude. We were the only customers in the restaurant the entire time we were there, yet it was still noisy, caused by the staff themselves... The food took forever to arrive. Furthermore, while we were ordering, both the waiter and the waitress were very annoyed and snapped at us, as if to stop us from ordering. First and last time. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED if you don't want to have a stressful evening, especially since we spent around €70 for two anyway. At this point, it was absolutely not worth it...

14/07/2026: Very unfriendly staff. The waitress was on the phone at first (most likely a personal call) and completely ignored us. When we tried to order, she was very unfriendly and annoyed. The drinks were also ridiculously overpriced and not tasty at all. Not worth it!

13/07/2026: Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at Coffee Pot Porto Rotondo today. Since we initially wanted a coffee, we ordered an "Americano." However, we were served an alcoholic cocktail. Only afterward were we informed that we had to explicitly order "Caffè Americano" and that it was primarily a cocktail bar. This could have been explained to us more politely and clearly. Afterward, we still wanted to eat something and ordered sushi. I repeatedly emphasized that I didn't want to eat raw fish and specifically ordered sushi with cooked tuna. The first waiter seemed annoyed, rolled his eyes, and appeared unwilling to accommodate our requests. Finally, he handed us over to a colleague who was significantly friendlier and more helpful. Despite our clear order, the sushi was then served with raw tuna. We had to explain again that we had specifically ordered cooked tuna and then wait again until the food was corrected. There were also problems when paying. After we asked for the bill, we had to wait a long time without anyone coming back. In the end, we had to go to the cashier ourselves to pay. We were particularly disappointed that an additional service charge was levied, even though the service overall was unfriendly, inattentive, and poorly organized. For a place in Porto Rotondo, we would have expected significantly more hospitality and professionalism.

27/09/2025: Nice and classic atmosphere, Saturday lunchtime seating was easy to find even without a reservation. The waiters were Italian, so there were no problems understanding the language. The only downside was that there were only a few of them, and at the entrance, like other customers, we had to wait for them to show up because they were busy. The clientele was good. The wait for dishes was normal, except when the app system malfunctioned. The app had descriptions and was intuitive. My only suggestion is to separate the lunch menu (a bit too limited) from the dinner menu. The food was decent and of good quality. There was no empty plate on the table to avoid messing up and leaving leftovers. Tables for two were a bit too small, but that's the case everywhere. Another suggestion would be to install Wi-Fi, because if someone doesn't use it, it makes ordering impossible or difficult. Information: The lunch menu consists of dishes priced at €0.

05/12/2025: Nothing special, prices are a little above average and the quality of the food is just above the average of the usual €20 all-you-can-eat restaurants. The atmosphere and service are excellent.

09/11/2025: Zushi was excellent, good value, high-quality fish, but above all, tasty. The change in direction is currently causing everything to collapse. Go back to the way they were before! All these sushi restaurants in the city are subpar compared to yours (from years ago). They offer beautiful dishes but lack flavor and taste!!! I'm very disappointed. Change your marketing and improve. The €30 menu formula needs to be explained well (portions, what's included, limitations, etc.) to avoid unpleasant incidents.

25/06/2025: Terrible customer service and mediocre poke bowls.

15/06/2025: If I could leave a zero, I would. We got there and the lady just said closed. Then we walked back and she admitted they were open. The lady had a huge attitude and the food was not great to say the least. She even said they don't have something when another worker arrived and gave it to us right away. Would not return.

12/07/2026: I ordered from Glovo, but I hadn't read the reviews here. Glovo gave me a 91% positive rating. Unfortunately, for this type of restaurant, it was perhaps the worst food I've ever eaten in my life, especially the grilled ravioli. It's a shame because I appreciated the promptness of the packaging, and also the fact that they give out fortune cookies, which isn't always a given for home delivery. Despite that, the food was a big no.

21/05/2026: I ordered via the app for home delivery, and after more than an hour of waiting (with delivery scheduled to arrive every 10 minutes), the restaurant canceled the order for no reason. Obviously, the phone number posted doesn't exist. Thank you for the great experience.

05/07/2026: I wanted to order a fruit smoothie, which, since it's not called a granita, shouldn't be "icry-y," but rather thick or at least liquid. After asking if it was made with ice like a granita, I was told yes (I wonder why they call them smoothies), so, reiterating that I don't like it, I opted for a FRAPPÉ: by definition, it's anything but ice. I paid €6 for a large glass of Oreo milkshake, after making sure it was creamy like a milkshake should be. I received a mass of flavorless ice, which tasted faintly of Nesquik; it was anything but a milkshake. I went to the lady at the cashier, LEA (who also snorted when we asked to sit down because she wouldn't bring the milkshake to the table), to point out that I'd been served a glass of flavorless ice and that it wasn't what I'd asked for. She rudely reiterated that she made what I ordered and that's how you make a frappé, "If you want a creamy frappé, you should have gone to an ice cream shop." I asked her if I could get my money back because the product didn't match the order and description, and she told me she couldn't because "the cameras would have seen it" (I wonder what she would have done wrong, other than correct a mistake) and she couldn't do anything about it, saying the manager wasn't there. So I literally wasted €6 because of an unclear, rude, annoyed waitress who doesn't know how to take care of a customer at all.

28/06/2026: Disorganized Food not good We pointed out that some dishes were missing, but they never arrived We went to complain, but nothing happened.

18/07/2026: The setting is beautiful, however the servers are unfriendly and don't say "hello" or "goodbye." When it came time to pay, the waitress threw the receipt on the counter and left without saying goodbye. I don't recommend it despite the relaxing atmosphere.

25/01/2026: Excellent sushi. Even though it was a Sunday and there were a lot of people, all the dishes arrived without too much of a wait. The waiter was very kind and friendly, and even gave us complimentary wet wipes.

26/07/2026: Fast service and very good food. It was a pleasant surprise. One of the few places with fair prices and generous portions. Two of us went for dinner on Sunday evening and the service was excellent. It cost less than an all-you-can-eat and we were fuller! We'll definitely be back.

24/07/2026: The Sri Lankan waitress was so rude to us and the other customers, she acted as if she was paying us to eat there. It's unbelievable, and they should be ashamed.

22/02/2026: Ordered on Glovo. The boxes were closed but all squashed. The food spilled and the sushi was DRY and impossible to eat. TERRIBLE.

16/02/2026: We ordered a 24-piece box. I still don't understand how anyone can eat this rice mess with a couple of pieces of really bad-looking fish thrown on top; everything falls apart.

29/12/2025: Avoid. First, the price isn't fair because they add a €2 cover charge. Second, they're all Indian, even in the kitchen; there's no Japanese or Chinese, and that's something that really disgusts me, as they're dirty. Third, they made us wait 25-30 minutes between dishes. Not to mention that many of the dishes we'd ordered weren't there, and they didn't even bother to tell me. I had to get up several times to ask. Avoid...

27/12/2025: Worst sushi ever, now I understand why it's always empty. I'll let the photos do the talking: spaghetti with seafood (only two pieces of surimi were "seafood"), nigiri with salmon that was so thin it was transparent, carpaccio among the specials you can only order once. I forgot to photograph the sashimi; even the ones you can order once were tiny. All the sushi was lacking in fish, and considering the price is the same as other all-you-can-eat restaurants with much superior food and service, they could have at least made the food decent. At Fidenza Sushiko, it's a whole different story. At a certain point, the dishes stopped arriving and half were missing. I asked, and they brought them halfway through, and not even all of them, and this with the restaurant half empty.
