01/11/2025: I was at a birthday party. They seated us on a poorly heated, glass-enclosed outdoor veranda. Despite knowing the number of guests, we had to repeatedly ask for chairs. Those who didn't drink alcohol had to settle for water or Coke. The menu wasn't followed because they made a mistake. So, it was only Japanese, and it was sadly presented. Negative review

16/09/2025: I'm sorry to write such a negative review, but for us, it was the worst experience we've ever had at a restaurant. Three of us went there, and we all felt sick. One of my children had severe stomach cramps all night and couldn't go to school the next day. The sushi is poor, with too much rice, and the rice isn't flavorful at all. The Chinese buffet is also pretty low quality. They even pass off meat covered in breadcrumbs as scallops. The steamed dumplings (which we usually love) were truly pitiful. And let's leave aside the egg rolls... And the staff even dared to tell my son "more!" when he asked for more when we hadn't ordered almost anything. We didn't eat much (luckily...), but we also left with bloated, painful bellies and dizziness.

30/06/2025: Das Miyabi hat zwei Ebenen. Wir sassen oben. Schon beim Eintreten fiel mir auf, dass es sehr kalt war. Apropos kalt: Auch beim Personal trifft das zu. Das Personal war durchschnittlich aufmerksam, aber nicht freundlich oder zuvorkommend. Das Sushi war sehr gut, aber es war so kalt im Raum, dass wir nach ein paar Happen gingen. Schade. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist für Mailand gerade noch okay. Generell kann ich eine Empfehlung für dieses Restaurant geben, wenn Sie einen grossen Geldbeutel und eine warme Jacke haben.

13/10/2025: The food is well-presented but tastes like any other all-you-can-eat restaurant, but the price is exorbitant for being à la carte. The atmosphere is dark and '90s-style, nice but nothing that would suggest anything exclusive. The service is acceptable, but there's a clear language barrier and they're quite slow in bringing the dishes—half an hour for uramachi. There's ample parking, but watch out for potholes. Overall, €70 for 2 spaghetti, 8 uramachi, and 12 pieces of salmon sashimi seems excessive to me.

29/10/2025: I ordered takeout from Ristorante Zen and I have to say my experience was overall positive. The staff was courteous and the service was quite quick: I waited about a quarter of an hour, which was more than acceptable for a freshly prepared order. I had rice noodles with vegetables and Cantonese rice: both dishes were tasty and well-cooked, with fresh ingredients and generous portions. I spent a total of €8, or €4 per portion, a very reasonable price for the quality offered. One small point: I had to ask for the spicy sauce and was not provided with soy sauce, which is usually expected with this type of cuisine. Nothing serious, but a detail that could further improve the service. Overall, I approve of the experience: good food, fair prices, and quick service. Definitely a good place for those looking for a Chinese-Japanese option in the area, especially for takeout. Maybe I'll return.

27/08/2025: A terrible and very uncomfortable experience. When we walked in, no one even said hello. The welcome was rude and cold. The waitress seemed uninterested, even though the restaurant was empty and had just opened for dinner. There were two of us; one of us wanted all-you-can-eat, and the other only three dishes—an appetizer, a first course, and a second course. The waitress awkwardly and uninterestedly replied that either everyone at a table wanted all-you-can-eat or no one at all. And in the end, after some unclear and vague explanations, we decided to leave. I'm still angry and outraged.

13/11/2025: Terrible experience. During dinner, I found pieces of glass in the sushi, and the staff—who also seemed more confused than concerned—acted as if we were the problem. No real apology, no explanation, and obviously no refund or discount. When we asked them to investigate the matter, they responded with a halfhearted "yes" just to get rid of us. Finally, the price on the menu was 14 euros, but they charged us 16, for no reason. A place lacking hygiene, professionalism, and respect for the customer. Absolutely not recommended.

We came as a family — one of us is vegetarian — and kindly asked if two of us could take the set menu, while the vegetarian could order à la carte (as the vegetarian options were extremely limited). The response was surprisingly rude: we were told we had to sit at different tables if we wanted to order differently. We explained we were a family and simply wanted to dine together, but the waitress answered coldly and rigidly, then turned around and walked away without offering any alternative. Any rule can be communicated with respect, especially if you care about your customers and the image of your restaurant. Something like: "I'm sorry, I understand your situation, but unfortunately we have this policy" would’ve been enough. A little kindness would have made all the difference. The place itself was another disappointment: the room was dark and gloomy, nothing like the bright, cozy photos shown online. The restaurant is hidden in a shadowy side street near the main square — not welcoming at all. And the waitress… instead of greeting us, she walked around as if annoyed by our very presence, almost irritated that tourists dared to enter. There were barely any locals — a red flag in itself. We left without even trying the food. Extremely negative experience. We won’t return and cannot recommend it.

Any internal rule of a restaurant can be communicated respectfully, if they truly care about their customers and the reviews they leave. It would have been enough to say, for example, "I'm sorry, I understand that you're a family, but unfortunately we have these rules. I hope you understand." A little politeness would have been enough to find a solution. Instead, we had a very negative experience: terrible service, a cold and unwelcoming atmosphere. That evening, there were only two tables occupied—the place seemed deserted and devoid of energy. We left without even trying the food. I don't recommend it at all.
