22/03/2025: Apart from the fact that I still prefer an all-you-can-eat formula that includes a cover charge in the price (we're talking about nothing, but it seems more transparent to me as a choice) I must say that in this fusion restaurant the food is really good, both the sushi part and the fusion part. I only tasted 5 dishes, but they were all good, both in terms of the fish and the composition. Finally someone who offers wasabi (which almost seemed to be handcrafted) and ginger without having to ask. Excellent value for money and a nice, clean and tidy environment. A place to try without any doubt.
