29/07/2025: Unfortunately, our experience was truly unpleasant. I believe that the customer experience should be cared for in every aspect, from the staff's service (including politeness) to the quality of the product. The only star I feel like giving is for the quality of the food because, alas, the rest left much to be desired, not to mention subpar. Slow service and completely lost dishes. We were left waiting for our order for quite some time, so after the wait, we asked a waitress for information, who responded to our inquiry in an annoyed and certainly impolite manner. We're sorry, but I sincerely hope the service improves because the place has great potential.

20/07/2025: Terrible review. We had a terrible experience the second time we went, too. The cashier was very rude and annoyed when we asked if he could print out a receipt with our orders. Not to mention a dessert we ordered. The waiter comes and brings us a dessert pretending to be another one (as if we were stupid). Upon delivery, he tells us the name of the dessert. We tell him we had ordered another type of dessert, and he says he was confused, so this was the one we ordered. However, we see the dessert, but it didn't appear from the photo that it was the same. We have the waiter come and tell him that this wasn't the dessert we asked for. He immediately says, "We've finished the other one..." taking us for a ride. It doesn't end there. We ask for some sweet and sour sauces, and they put a drizzle of sauce in the bowl... obviously, they take it back and report everything. Moral of the story: cheaters and terrible, substandard food.

30/07/2025: Friendly staff, excellent food, and impressive speed. The tablet at each table is excellent. I go there often and have always had a good experience with the all-you-can-eat formula, drinks and desserts are not included.

26/06/2025: Siamo stati in questo sushi ieri sera, sinceramente, è stata una grande delusione. Appena entrati, nessuno ci ha accolto con un sorriso o un minimo di cordialità: sembrava quasi che dessimo fastidio. Il cameriere era visibilmente scazzato e frettoloso, senza mai un gesto gentile o una parola di benvenuto. Il cibo non ha certo risollevato la serata: l’impiattamento era trascurato, senza cura né fantasia, e il pesce era completamente insapore, come se fosse stato scongelato in fretta e senza attenzione. Un’esperienza anonima e fredda, che non invoglia certo a tornare. Sushi ce n’è tanto in giro, meglio sceglierlo altrove.

12/03/2025: Solito ristorante di sushi all you can eat con una qualità sotto la media.. Servizio non buono e piatti che ti lasciano l’amaro in bocca.

25/06/2025: It's good, although the quality/price ratio, aside from the fact that for the all you can eat menus, is not very convenient. The staff is very friendly although you often find the cooks walking around carelessly or looking at their phones. The real problem is that they are very careful in doing the math, on the menu it was written 9 euros for a salad and at the cashier they made me pay 10, I don't know if they expected me to correct them, but it doesn't seem very nice to me as a thing not to remember the exact prices of the menus.

28/07/2025: We love sushi, but we've never been as disappointed as today! The atmosphere was dirty. The food was covered in various sauces, as if they were trying to hide the true flavor. And then there were the strange sauces... chocolate-flavored ones on a very ordinary salad! Chopped salmon tartare!!! The ravioli... looked like they'd already been served before... In short, the only good things were the carpaccio of all kinds of fish and shrimp (frozen but well-made) on the grill; and the calamari on the grill that looked like a lollipop. As for the rest, definitely avoid it! And maybe have it checked by the NAS because the cleanliness of the place needs a 100% overhaul!

11/03/2025: Very bad. Ordered on Glovo, less than half of the order arrived, even cold, plus a portion of ravioli was 3 pieces instead of 4, the bag was completely soaked in oil on the outside, I had to put it in the sink to open it. We tried to contact the restaurant several times to understand what happened to the other half of the order, but no one responded. To conclude on a high note, the quality of the food was truly terrible, torn spring rolls, dry ravioli, salmon nigiri with a strange flavor (you could feel that it wasn't fresh at all, on the contrary) and soft and mushy rice, a prawn rice which was practically the same white rice used for sushi with some traces of vegetables thrown in like that, and the prawns (3 in number) which were soft and had a bad taste... Luckily at least Glovo refunded us the amount of the order missing, let's hope we don't have to use it to buy imodium. Never again.

20/07/2025: The selection of specials, which you can find everywhere these days, is good. The waitress is a bit absent-minded and rude in her responses: you point out that you didn't order that dish, she replies that it's because you don't remember, then comes back and says it's true that it was from another table... and without apology... Better to have her take an Italian language course, and one on good manners. Too bad, because the place is nice.

05/07/2025: Very humble environment; dishes of very questionable quality; we ate in two and we were very disappointed with our experience as we risked getting sick due to the quality of the dishes presented; in addition, being a health worker by profession I care about eating safe foods and first I informed myself about the place; but consistency was not respected.

09/07/2025: I come often, at least once or twice a week. I always get the same old poke. But the poke isn't what it used to be! The quality has dropped significantly! The quantities have decreased for no reason. Not to mention the staff, especially the girl at the cashier! Apathetic, she doesn't say hello, doesn't explain, and gets annoyed when I ask her something! I come hoping something might change, but I regret it every time I go. Failed completely! Too bad, because it had become my favorite place.

27/06/2025: Change management, it is not possible to continue like this!!! Orders via the app are always wrong, there is no organization and control of orders. I invite everyone to stay away from this place that rips off its customers by putting less and less seasoning and making the wrong orders.

29/07/2025: Today we had lunch with the all-you-can-eat option. The place was beautiful and clean. The person who served us was very kind. One of us is celiac: they don't have gluten-free soy sauce. What a shame! The very attentive waiter had the celiac person order separately to avoid cross-contamination. Alas, the dishes with fresh tuna were sent back because the fish had a suspicious smell and taste. And the celiac person, anyway, had problems afterwards. The menu listed a price, and we paid more. Too bad, we won't be back.

29/06/2025: Above average for quality and variety and preparation....but I must reluctantly note that the gentleman who answers the phone, welcomes and serves in the dining room (I don't know if he manages the restaurant) is the main reason why the restaurant is not appreciated but above all never full not even on weekends....and you can notice it from the fact that when there is only the lady it seems like you are in another restaurant as she is the exact opposite of the gentleman who asks to book for AYCE even when there is only one table to eat.

26/05/2025: I confirm the very kind staff, they just added the grill a few months ago to make you meat As they do in China, honest prices in 5 we spent with everything €120 and it was Saturday night which according to the price list is the most expensive. I will return but I still come often, keep it up good job

10/05/2025: Very kind staff, excellent food, rich buffet and lots of variety, very honest price. The only thing I don't recommend is taking the à la carte sushi, but I recommend the grilled meat, which is very good. The waitresses are very kind, it feels like home.

09/05/2025: A popular all-you-can-eat restaurant with excellent value for money for years, it won't have "super and special" dishes as have been fashionable in recent years but the quality has always been good. The service is good and the place is nice.
