20/10/2025: Really disappointing. The menu was difficult to negotiate and the staff were difficult to engage and not helpful or friendly when we could get their attention . Other than the edamame , the food came in very small and expensive portions . Not good value for money . The lowest point was sashimi comprised of unfrozen fish . We will avoid in the future .

17/10/2025: Like losing a customer who is forced to leave for health reasons because of the presence of a dog. And finding yourself faced with the indifference of the restaurateur. The worst thing is the enormous size of the sushi and being told that it's normal like this... hot drink. Sorry, after years you won't see me again.

09/10/2025: Delicious food, with a weekday all-you-can-eat offer of €15.90 per person, with seven courses available. It's inedible, but everything is so delicious... A great way to try something new. I've visited these restaurants several times, and it's always delicious, quick, and pleasant. I recommend it!

25/09/2025: The only redeeming feature is the location. The service was poor—I had to repeat several times that my dish hadn't arrived—and the food was truly awful. I felt sick for five days after eating here, something I've never experienced when eating sushi at other restaurants, which have gotten much worse over the years. It needs an inspection by the NAS (National Health Authority).

15/09/2025: I had already left a 1-star review in the past. They didn't fix it. The service is truly 0. They always forget to bring you the dishes you ordered. Be prepared to chase the dishes (even after telling them, they pretend they forget and still don't bring the dishes you ask for 2/3 times, in short, eat but not everything you want.) You don't want to eat... Orders are placed independently on the sheet, but be prepared that after almost everyone places an order, you always have to ask for the sheet yourself. The quality of the food used to be better, to be honest. It wasn't great almost 5 years ago, but now it's really different. But the worst thing is the service... Unfortunately, I don't recommend it, I hope they change their way of doing their service.

10/09/2025: The sushi, the ravioli, and even the rice weren't good at all. It's been a while since I've had such "low-quality" sushi. The rolls are full of rice and tasteless. The ravioli had overcooked pasta. It was a terrible dinner, and the prices are higher than average, but above all, I was disappointed because the quality is truly poor. You won't see me again.

27/09/2025: Nice and classic atmosphere, Saturday lunchtime seating was easy to find even without a reservation. The waiters were Italian, so there were no problems understanding the language. The only downside was that there were only a few of them, and at the entrance, like other customers, we had to wait for them to show up because they were busy. The clientele was good. The wait for dishes was normal, except when the app system malfunctioned. The app had descriptions and was intuitive. My only suggestion is to separate the lunch menu (a bit too limited) from the dinner menu. The food was decent and of good quality. There was no empty plate on the table to avoid messing up and leaving leftovers. Tables for two were a bit too small, but that's the case everywhere. Another suggestion would be to install Wi-Fi, because if someone doesn't use it, it makes ordering impossible or difficult. Information: The lunch menu consists of dishes priced at €0.

07/10/2025: Super quiet, peaceful atmosphere, so you can eat in peace. Kudos to those in the kitchen because I had the best sushi, nigiri, and sashimi I've ever eaten. Top service and very friendly and helpful waiters. I ate there last year, and today, while talking with my friends, I remembered this place, which I absolutely had to leave a review for, so here I am, recommending this fantastic place after a year. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

13/09/2025: A truly disappointing experience. We had booked a table in advance, but upon arrival, we were denied entry simply because we had a small Pomeranian with us, a very small dog accustomed to being quiet. With no willingness to find a solution, the reservation was canceled on the spot. At a time when most establishments are pet-friendly and welcome pets, this attitude seemed inhospitable and inconsistent with the needs of many customers. We definitely won't be returning, and we won't recommend it to anyone traveling with a dog. PS This situation, at 9 p.m., forced us to travel 35 km to find the next sushi restaurant, which welcomed us without a single problem, even providing kits for the dog.

22/08/2025: Being used to eating at Noventa, I thought it would be of the same standard. Instead, I found the lunch menu to be very poor. No sashimi available. Only pork ravioli. Some dishes, like the temaki, seemed like they were made yesterday; the seaweed was dried out. A disappointment!

01/08/2025: A fantastic location on Lake Maggiore, on the promenade, always wonderful for me! ... the reviews are far too critical in my opinion. Communication can be a bit difficult. But the service is still top-notch! And good food, all you can eat or not. A doppo! 😋

18/10/2025: As an Indo, I was stupid and stubborn and still wanted to eat rice for one day... After a few bites, I was full. The food was too salty, and there was no atmosphere (which I wasn't expecting). I did have a nice chat with one of the waiters, though. That's where the stars come from.

13/09/2025: One star is too much, too bad there's no zero-star option. Five of us went this week for my birthday, to try it out and with the prospect of returning if we enjoyed it. The dishes (all of them) were tasteless or awful, the fried foods were soggy and rubbery, and the Chinese bread tasted like raw breadcrumbs. Of the various dishes, the only edible ones were some Chinese noodles with vegetables and a whole fish au gratin. By the end of the evening and for the next two days, five of us had terrible stomach aches... All five of us!!! This had never happened, not even in the worst places we've ever been. The only Chinese person inside the restaurant is perhaps the cashier; the dishes are prepared by staff who have no idea what Chinese cuisine is (or even Italian cuisine), in an open kitchen, where every so often someone eats and drinks standing up and in full view of the customers. I looked at the reviews beforehand, and while they aren't particularly high, there are some good ones, and I honestly don't know what those people who gave positive reviews are used to eating. As far as I'm concerned, this was the worst experience of all and one I absolutely must not repeat!

17/08/2025: The place is more intimate than most all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants. The lunch menu is quite extensive... the fish portions are generous... the service is friendly and efficient... And, you only see this in Italy, the owner rounded up our bill in our favor... thank you 🙏 We recommend it and will return for the next antique market.

12/08/2025: Siamo stati a cena a mangiare una pizza con amici .. la pizza era molto buona ! Il servizio al tavolo ottimo Ci torneremo per provare il ristorante ..

20/07/2025: Siamo stati ieri sera per una cena in famiglia. Ambiente raffinato e camerieri super professionali. Ma la cucina è il TOP ! Con il coperto, pagato ad un prezzo sotto la media, ci hanno offerto : - ampissima selezione di panificati vari, a lievitazione naturale, dai gusti unici e ricercati - ben 4 entree gourmet molto particolari e buonissime - coccole finali ovvero dolcetti vari ( ma davvero tanti ! ) ricercati e particolari Noi abbiamo preso l’antipasto di crudo per due. Abbondante e di ottima qualità, includeva 2 scampi e 2 gamberi, ricciola, tonno, seppie e due ostriche a testa A seguire spaghetti alla chitarra con caviale e tortelli con cacio e pepe e ricci di mare. Infine una grigliata del giorno deliziosa. Consigliamo questo posto sia per la cucina ma anche per il prezzo pagato. Considerato quanto mangiato, sia in termini di qualità (soprattutto) che quantità, il prezzo pagato è assolutamente adeguato se non addirittura sotto la media. Noi in locali simili nel Nord-est Italia, senza la presenza di chef rinomati, paghiamo di più ! .

01/09/2025: Terrible welcome. We arrived and had to wait 30 minutes before anyone came to tell us anything. Then we finally sat down, and since the tablet wasn't working, we were attacked by a waitress who started telling us things like 2+2=8, and we didn't understand anything. Our food arrived 30 minutes after we ordered. Not a recommended experience.

26/06/2025: Siamo stati in questo sushi ieri sera, sinceramente, è stata una grande delusione. Appena entrati, nessuno ci ha accolto con un sorriso o un minimo di cordialità: sembrava quasi che dessimo fastidio. Il cameriere era visibilmente scazzato e frettoloso, senza mai un gesto gentile o una parola di benvenuto. Il cibo non ha certo risollevato la serata: l’impiattamento era trascurato, senza cura né fantasia, e il pesce era completamente insapore, come se fosse stato scongelato in fretta e senza attenzione. Un’esperienza anonima e fredda, che non invoglia certo a tornare. Sushi ce n’è tanto in giro, meglio sceglierlo altrove.

23/08/2025: I always come to you, and every time I order, I always get a disaster. I've known you for 20 years, but that's not the case. Burnt pizza, and two others were watered down. Next time I order, I won't pay. Because it's not the first time. Enough now. And I was good.
