16/02/2026: I had lunch at Zen'O in Nocera Inferiore on Valentine's Day with my boyfriend, and, as always, it was a wonderful experience. We return often because it's a true guarantee for us. The all-you-can-eat menu is rich and varied, and—something I really appreciate—every dish we've tried has always been carefully prepared, fresh, and flavorful. From the more unusual rolls to the simpler dishes, everything is balanced and enjoyable, without being heavy. Despite the busy Valentine's Day lunch, the service was quick and well-organized, with friendly and attentive staff. The restaurant is also very charming and quaint, with an atmosphere that makes dinner (or lunch) even more enjoyable. A place I absolutely recommend if you love sushi and want to eat well in a welcoming environment. We'll definitely be back!

10/01/2026: The sushi is excellent, the best I've ever eaten. The quality is excellent, the flavors are well-balanced, and the fish is incredibly fresh. But the reason for my three stars is the poor, or rather, extremely slow, service. Whether you order takeout, delivery, or dine in, the wait is incredibly long, sometimes over an hour. This makes everything worse and detracts from a good dinner or lunch. I hope you improve!

12/03/2026: Really good experience at the restaurant today, I don’t speak Italian but the owner speaks English and Spanish and I was able to communicate in Spanish with him. Dishes were perfect and service was great. Recommended I had all you can eat for 19.99 € I just paid the drink

24/02/2026: With less Philadelphia on the fish, I would have given it five stars. The meat and vegetables were pleasing, both in appearance and flavor. The dishes were fresh and inventive.

03/01/2026: Total disappointment. Reading the previous reviews, I expected a whole different level of service. Most of the food was frozen and reheated in the microwave with impunity in front of diners. The sauces and condiments were completely out of place. The flavors were all the same and almost nonexistent. I honestly wouldn't recommend it.

03/01/2026: I don't know if anything has changed since previous reviews, but tonight most of the food came from pre-packaged bags stored in the freezer. Preparation consisted of microwave or steaming and then topping with sauces. Totally disappointed expectations.

05/01/2026: We had lunch outside because it was a beautiful, mild December day, so we could enjoy the splendid view. The first courses were excellent, and the staff was courteous and helpful.

14/02/2026: . Punctual reservation, phantom service: a wait that ruins the experience. We had booked for 12:30, confident in a pleasant and well-organized Valentine's Day lunch. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be quite different. After being seated, we waited about 20 minutes just to receive the menu—a start that already suggested some organizational difficulties. Furthermore, the table setting was incomplete: even the soy sauce, which was present at other tables, was missing. A detail, perhaps, but indicative of the attention given to the customer. Our order was taken 25 minutes after arrival. Translation: about a 40-minute wait before seeing the first courses. From 12:30 to 2:30, we consumed, extremely slowly and at irregular intervals, just seven courses, arriving with an average of two dishes every 35 minutes. A pace more suited to a meditative tasting than a standard restaurant service. We fully understand that it was Valentine's Day and that the dining room was full. What's hard to accept, however, is seeing tables who arrived after us being served more quickly, to the point of getting up and leaving the restaurant before we'd even finished our (meager) lunch. We sat for about 45 minutes without receiving a single dish, waiting for something that never arrived. When asked for an explanation, we received only shrugs. No apology, no attempt to make amends, not even a gesture of attention when it came to the bill. And this is perhaps the most disappointing aspect: not so much the wait itself, but the total lack of customer care. It wasn't even our first bad experience: we'd encountered problems in the past, but we decided to give it a second chance. A decision we, unfortunately, bitterly regretted. Calling this experience "not recommended" is an understatement. On an evening that should have been special, the only thing that was truly abundant was the anticipation.

07/09/2025: Unfortunately, I have to say that the place, besides looking like something out of the 80s, the dishes arrived cold and they said they were hot. They forgot to mention that there was a children's course, and when my son left two dishes, instead of having them taken home, I had to pay 5 euros. If I wanted to take the food home instead of throwing it away, I would have had to pay another 5 euros! Don't go, they seem friendly when you first walk in, and then you're just one more receipt!! Total 63 euros with a small bottle of water and a Chinese beer! The Japanese restaurant just ahead is better.

16/12/2025: We ordered takeout. They were on time, and the food was hot/lukewarm. Unfortunately, the food wasn't great, especially the uramaki.

11/03/2026: I'm giving one star because I can't give 0, terrible experience, we got up and left (paying), zero hygiene, the floor was so sticky it was difficult to walk, the food was inedible, raw dishes... honestly I don't recommend it... not even to my worst enemy.

14/02/2026: I'd been away for a while, and overall I had good memories of this place. Unfortunately, after sitting down, I discovered it had changed management. The new buzzword is disorganization. Untrained staff, dishes that left the kitchen and sat on the counter for dozens of minutes before being brought to the tables. The quality of the ingredients used was terrible. Definitely a place to avoid.

22/03/2026: It's in a gas station, with limited parking. The place is packed. Super-fast service.

21/03/2026: So we went to the McAfee drive thru to get some food, bypassing the incredibly long line. We ordered, and when we went to pay, the guy told us they didn't take specials (which we hadn't ordered), and we were willing to pay for the wrong order. When we moved on, we realized he'd told the lady behind us our order, and when she said it wasn't her order, we had to get out of the car three times to pay, and finally we were able to get our order. When we went to eat, we realized one of the two sandwiches was the wrong one. So I recommend ordering inside the restaurant to avoid these problems.

13/07/2025: I'd say the quality is good. The service isn't bad. The setting is a bit run-down (I'm talking about the platform and the entire exterior).

12/03/2026: It's changed management I don't know how many times, but let's forget about the last one. We booked a table, and the lady at the cash register pointed to our table without even letting us know. We had to go get the menus ourselves, asked for drinks several times, and the food arrived first, to top it off. The dishes weren't bad, but they were very small.
