05/07/2025: Booked for 2.15pm, we arrive at 2.36pm. Closing time marked online and on the sign at the entrance 3pm. They didn't let us eat, telling us that they were already cleaning the kitchen. Neither at the time of booking, nor during the 20 minute delay did they inform us of the urgency and the need to close. Leaving aside the lack of understanding (during the summer, with the traffic in the Portoferraio area these things can happen) what is unacceptable is the lack of communication. Obviously at this time everything is closed. They must be really tired. We certainly won't bother them anymore.

18/07/2025: Excellent food, the quality and flavor enhance the dishes; refined plating. For an all-you-can-eat restaurant, you'll be impressed by the care and dedication they put into their food; far superior to many other similar restaurants. The atmosphere is comfortable and intimate, subdued, and quiet. I'll definitely return. The prices are moderate, very reasonable considering the quality.

10/06/2025: we had dinner on 08/06/2025, late in the evening, what can I say the quality of the food was very poor, the salmon seemed dull, tartare served with salad, little choice on the menu with hosomaki only based on fish eggs. Poor teriaki, wasabi not spicy, also they asked to pay the bill halfway through the dinner, between the first round and the second as if we had the intention of running away. Highly not recommended.

03/08/2025: The best all-you-can-eat sushi in the province! The quality and care with which each dish is presented is evident and tangible, and it's less chaotic and commercial than other restaurants. In my opinion, the sashimi is superb, fresh, and high-quality! Highly recommended. See you soon.

09/07/2025: I decided to try Kiko because it was recommended by various guides as the best sushi in Rome (in the top 5). However, the sushi was truly subpar. I don't know if it was just the wrong night for them or if they always do it like this, because I can't understand how it ended up in such a high ranking. Okay, the place is very well-kept, and when I walked in, I was sure I'd be eating quality sushi. But no, the fish was flavorless. We tried the nigiri tasting, and none of the fish had any flavor at all, plus the rice was overly sweetened, and that was all you could taste. I paid more for this sushi place than at Myiabi in Milan, which offers dishes 10,000 times better and with quality fish. Never again.

01/07/2025: Sono tornata qui dopo qualche anno e devo dire che mi ha deluso. Tempura piena di olio, neanche all you can eat! Prezzi esagerati per un sushi normalissimo se non insipido. Siamo veramente rimasti delusi, non torneremo. Nulla a che vedere con i ristoranti giapponesi di livello.

09/07/2025: Bad experience. We booked a table for two, specifying that we had two dogs. When we booked, we were assured there would be no problem. However, once we arrived at the restaurant, a young man, perhaps the manager, rudely kicked us out, raising his hand and saying "no dogs," and walked away. Very, very rude! The girl at the entrance kindly apologized. Never mind the misunderstanding, but good manners and good manners are important!

26/06/2025: The 2 stars are given by the experience. Although the food is pleasant (even if the portions are decidedly small) and the service is quite fast and friendly, there were some things that we didn't like at all. First of all, the addition of spicy sauce in dishes where the menu doesn't include it (allergies or intolerances??). After us, another table arrived (larger, for goodness sake) and they brought various sauces to the table while we got nothing except a small amount of ketchup for the chips. We ordered the 56-piece boat but they brought us a smaller one saying that the menu is designed for take-away while for the all you can eat formula they are smaller (and write it on the menu so as to make everything clear???) In short, an overall not very nice experience... we definitely won't come again. Too bad

15/06/2025: A very pleasant discovery in Arezzo! Passing through Arezzo, we stopped by chance at this wok sushi and were thrilled. The place is modern, welcoming and above all impeccable in terms of cleanliness - a detail that immediately makes the difference. The sushi was a real surprise: fresh fish, well cut and carefully presented. The wok section also offers dishes prepared on the spot, tasty and with quality ingredients. A special praise to the staff: kind, attentive and always available, they made the experience even more pleasant. Excellent value for money too. An address that we will definitely keep in mind for the next times in the area. Highly recommended!

26/06/2025: Excellent ramen with plenty of good meat. Sushi with warm rice prepared on the spot. Excellent impression and environment that closely resembles the style of real Japanese izakaya. Friendly and kind staff. P.s: on the second round I took the Takoyaki, probably the best I've eaten outside of Japan

05/06/2025: Horrible experience!!!!!!!! Dirty restaurant with dead cockroaches on the floor, plate of ramen never arrived, when paying for a beer the only thing I had the owner or cook did not want to give me a receipt and I was verbally attacked, after which he came out and started yelling and spitting at me in an intimidating manner, telling me to leave...he almost put his hands on me!! Of course I filed a complaint.. AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

12/07/2025: There's not much you can do... in Parma, koi is in a league of its own... the restaurant is so superior to all the other sushi restaurants in the area that it's almost shocking... the service, the atmosphere, the quality of the raw materials, the friendliness... thanks for being there...

30/06/2025: The best sushi I have ever eaten. This quality of rice and fish is not found elsewhere, excellent combinations that perfectly enhance the flavor of the fish. Exceptional chef, with dishes that are unmatched by any other restaurant in the category. The young waitress was very professional and kind. Highly recommended, if you like this cuisine you will not find a better one.

In addition to classic sushi and sashimi, served on the traditional wooden boat, we offer udon ramen and other pasta dishes in various variations, tartare and carpaccio, and fusion dishes with mango, strawberries, crunchy ingredients, and much more. A rich menu. Service is fairly quick, but a bit slow when both dining areas are full. The app allows you to place orders and track delivery status from any device that placed the order.

30/07/2025: We booked a stay at this hotel for two couples (two rooms), reading the positive reviews, in February 2025. On Saturday, July 23, we showed up at the property as planned and checked into our room around noon. The problems began at lunchtime. They assigned us a table for two where they couldn't even put our glasses and bottles, and we had to eat with our plates stacked on top of each other. We complained about the arrangement, given that we had booked six months in advance and there was a clear organizational problem on the part of the staff. At that point, the owner Giorgio Magi showed up and started yelling at us in front of all the other guests, saying that the table was for four people and that we were expecting too much despite our regular paying guests. I asked him to tone it down and pointed out that all four other people in the room had two tables, as was right. He started yelling that they were longtime customers (?!), that we were annoying, and that if we didn't like the arrangement, we could leave right away. In front of everyone in the dining room... Would you have stayed? We wouldn't! In fifty years of coming to Romagna every year because I love the hospitality of the Romagnoli, I'd never encountered anything like this, but the worst was yet to come. We rightly asked the owner to refund our €1,000 deposit, since he was the one who rudely kicked us out. At that point, Giorgio Magi started saying he'd refund us the next day, when he found the time (?!)... Since we insisted on an immediate refund of the deposit we'd paid six months earlier, the entire Magi family and a couple of staff members surrounded us and began cursing. The secretary, who is none other than Roberto Magi's underage daughter, began insulting me. About ten "regular" guests, elderly people who had perhaps drunk too much wine at lunch, probably incited by Magi's mother, began to interfere in the discussion, and one of them started pushing me. It was a real "madhouse" where Giorgio Magi shouted loudest, instead of doing the most sensible thing, which was to refund our deposit. He did everything he could to create an intimidating atmosphere and force us to leave before processing the transfer... It seems like a surreal story, but every word I wrote is true. Giorgio Magi will try to manipulate the truth and write that he fully refunded our deposit (which is true), but that doesn't change the fact that he completely ruined our long-awaited vacation, forcing us to look for other accommodations, even paying more because we lost the discount everyone offers for early-year bookings. I usually prefer to write positive reviews for hotels where I vacation, but this property, its owner, and the entire staff are truly beyond reproach! I advise all new guests against booking with them, unless they want to risk experiencing the same experience we experienced... I'll close with a serious doubt about the positive reviews for this property...
