Hasu In Alba

If you're visiting Alba and looking for a break from traditional Italian cuisine, this sushi place in the city center is a must-visit! The fish was incredibly fresh, and the presentation was beautiful. Every dish, from the classic nigiri to their creative special rolls, was packed with flavor and prepared with care. The restaurant has a great atmosphere—modern, clean, and welcoming—with very attentive service. It's a wonderful culinary surprise in the middle of wine and truffle country. Definitely worth a visit if you're in town!

Very nice restaurant, average prices, and a wide selection. However, I found the sushi pieces to be really large. It's really difficult for two people to try more than one item. The uramaki are for eight and are too large, so unfortunately we weren't able to try everything we wanted.
