The service is slow, but intentionally so: each dish is designed to be enjoyed at the right time, without rushing. The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming, the staff is qualified and attentive to every need, perfect for a relaxing dinner where you can be guided through sashimi, tartare, and rolls prepared with the freshest ingredients and carefully selected pairings. 29/01/2026: Unfortunately, my friends and I were disappointed. On a positive note, the interior looks nice and the service was kind. However, the music was playing a bit too loud and the type of music would have been better suited for a disco versus a nice restaurant. The edamame were cooked well and yummy. I ordered the Yaki Soba meal. It was very wet, too salty and the portion size very small. I ordered Hosomaki as well. Simple - seaweed, rice and a small piece of avocado (vegetarian). 6 pieces/6 euro. I definitely do not think each piece was worth 1 euro. They were much smaller, practically half the size, of the size I typically receive in every other place where I've ordered rolls throughout my life. 3 people, 100 euros and we all left quite hungry. We didn't want to order more food there because the price/portion ratio didn't make sense. Unfortunately, as previously stated, a disappointment.
