Food was ok, drinks were average

Having been in Italy for two years, this is the best Chinese and Japanese buffet I've ever had. I think people from Guangdong would love it because they prefer light and healthy food that's still flavorful. The vegetables were crisp and refreshing, and I could almost taste the aroma of lard. The corn and cabbage soup wasn't salty at all (it even had lots of eggs in it!). Heaven knows how salty the Chinese buffets I usually eat in Italy are—the soup is practically salty water! The main advantage is that all the dishes were cooked, hot, and freshly prepared. Many times before, the food was cold and undercooked. The Japanese food was also delicious and felt very fresh. The salmon with crispy skin was especially good, and the dish number 21 was also delicious (I don't know its name). I also really liked the vegetables; I ate three servings! I tried all the stir-fried vegetable dishes, and they were all very good. I feel it rivals the Chinese buffet I had in Sweden. (I was too busy eating to take pictures) (I only took this one picture because the bowl was bigger than two of my faces.)
