Ginza sushi is the right place to eat excellent sushi, good quality food, very kind staff and prepared to serve every customer request, spacious and clean premises In particular with the You Can Eat service the prices vary between weekdays and weekends-holidays they range from 18-20 euros including drinks per person during the week, 25/30 euros on weekends and holidays. 29/03/2025: My wife and I went to eat at this restaurant today and they gave us the meal plan without a paper to write the order code, oh my god what is this? Then I told them I wanted the order sheet to choose the food, then I chose some meals but they forgot the meals I ordered and after 38 minutes I stopped the waiter and told him I was waiting for the food and it hadn't arrived yet, he said he would bring it to them immediately. Oh my god what is this dirty service and this lack of respect for the guests, even though there were not many people there were only 4 tables, I saw that they were serving others and they forgot my order, a very bad restaurant and all the workers are bad and I will not give you any rating.

02/03/2025: Classic environment where before there was something else and now this large space has been created where food is prepared at the entrance there is a small conveyor belt where the sushi dishes rotate and are freshly prepared by a chef behind a small counter the variety of sushi is not very wide but in any case they are always prepared fresh there is then a large buffet where there are the classics of Japanese cuisine and there is also a small side where you can take fish or meat to be cooked on the spot obviously always placing the reference point on the dish which will then be brought to your table, The variety is not the best in fact in my opinion the food is very simple and spartan, however there are various options and the choices of soy sauce and wasabi are then on the side of the buffet where anyone can take it with a teaspoon and some pebbles, In my opinion not very hygienic. There is also a small sweets section with the classic Chinese fruit and sometimes traditional fluta like apple and anamanas, sometimes pannaccotta or chocolate salami, there is also a small freezer with ice creams to take by the spoonful and it is a sort of lemon sorbet. The dishes are all found under the buffet counter, but in my opinion they are often washed and placed underneath without being dried so that water forms on the plate. The room is very large

23/03/2025: I celebrated my little girl's birthday today. I must say that the children are having fun because there are various entertainments and the area where you can have a snack is nice. The staff is helpful but limited. A little disappointed by what is offered in the thick pizza or other savory things and a drink. All you ask for is a sachet of mayonnaise. You pay 14 euros per child just for the games and this super sparse menu. It comes with trays so you have to have it yourself the tablecloth and the catch is that you can't bring anything other than the cake which they don't sell. Not even water, so in total you have to update all the money for the water that is asked of you by the guests who spend several hours there. Furthermore they told us that the birthday boy could access the electronic games for free the first time. My daughter didn't want to finish the first one because she was scared but I still had to pay the second one at 50%, in short, too much tax. Since the cost was not It's not much for a couple of bottles of water for birthdays, give them a gift since you don't have water brought.

14/02/2025: Ho chiamato alle 12:45 del 14/02 il ristorante per effettuare una prenotazione di un tavolo per due persone alle 21 e mi è stata accettata. Sono stato poi chiamato telefonicamente alle 19:05 per disdirlo in quanto per errore loro, avevano accettato più prenotazioni di quelle che avrebbero dovuto, ritenendo giusto disdire il mio tavolo. Credo sia molto ingiusto tutto ciò.

The variety of the menu is remarkable, with a selection of traditional Japanese dishes alongside some innovative proposals. The sushi, prepared with very fresh fish, literally melts in your mouth. The maki, nigiri and sashimi are executed to perfection, with a balance of flavors and impeccable presentation. The quality of the ingredients is unquestionable, with the tuna and salmon standing out for their freshness. Don't miss the special dishes, such as the "sushi roll with avocado and mango", which offers a delicious contrast of sweet and savory flavours. The variety of appetizers is also excellent, including the "tuna tartare" and the "gyoza" which are a perfect prelude to the meal. 24/03/2025: The food is good, too few choices on the lunch menu compared to dinner, but it is justified by the price (€15.80 for lunch compared to €30 for dinner), friendly and fast service, excellent for lunches with friends, with family and also for business lunches. The service on Monday is excellent and convenient, as many places now close on this day of the week. Possibility to also ask for half a portion! (I recommend salmon sashimi and squid skewers)

12/04/2025: Welcoming place and excellent food quality. Nice to let yourself be guided by the owners' advice, dine with excellent tea and put aside our Italian habits for a full immersion in Japanese cuisine. The vegetable fumè is a real treat!

09/04/2025: the food is very good but the owner had a very bad behavior, i only asked to have sauce on the side which is a very normal demand in any place to eat and he started being rude to me saying that if i put this sauce with the onigiri it would be disgusting (he used a bad word but i am not allowed to put it here). he repeated it several times. then he agreed very abruptly to my order without leaving me any choice and made me pay 2 euros for the sauce without informing me. Me, I was not rude, I was literally just asking, I am just a student who was excited to eat onigiri and i got lectured and such a rude behavior from the owner. I am so angry I paid I should have left as soon as he started being rude, i regret it a lot. Do not go there as long as it is the same owner.
