03/08/2025: We were there today for lunch... the first course arrived after a 50-minute wait!!! The wine is of poor quality and you pay for it as if it were one of the best... we chose the all-you-can-eat option, they don't have tablets, but you order from your cell phone and each order can be sent every 10 minutes... absurd! Half of the things we ordered never arrived... and I should also add that the selection of dishes is very limited compared to other AYCE restaurants! I won't be going back!

02/07/2025: I have been to the restaurant several times, refined atmosphere and truly high-level cuisine worthy of the famous Japanese school. I would have gladly given 5/5 stars, but the low level of customer care did not allow it. The staff is really slow and uninterested in the well-being of the customer, for example, there have been screaming children throughout the dinner who "play" a piano and who are not reprimanded by anyone.

04/10/2025: On spring days, the location is a delight. Perhaps it's better to stay inside when it's hot. As for the food, there's nothing to complain about: very good. Must try.

06/09/2025: The place isn't very welcoming, located on the main road, with no parking, and a bit dated. But as soon as you enter, the staff's courtesy embraces you and makes you feel immediately at ease. The menu, very varied and tempting, has some truly unique treats, and makes you want to try everything. The quality of the food is very high (considering an all-you-can-eat restaurant). Definitely worth returning. Well done! Back, the place has been partially renovated, much more welcoming. The food is always excellent!

12/10/2025: I have nothing to complain about regarding the service and ambiance, but the food completely fell short of my expectations. I was served dishes that were completely different from what's advertised on the page or by various food bloggers (I'm talking about a simple nigiri or uramaki, so to speak, not a special plating). The fish wasn't exceptional. In short, these are things you wouldn't expect from a restaurant with this name.

24/06/2025: We entered this place with great expectations and it fully met them. The service is absolutely adequate: the waiters put you at ease, they put you at ease even with extreme professionalism. The raw material is excellent and we have never tried dishes like this, every bite was a delight. The environment is very comfortable and very clean: especially the bathroom very clean and well-kept. The only problem we encountered was the parking, because not being from the area, even though they had given us directions on the parking it was not very easy to find them. Luckily, however, we called the place that gave us further directions on where to find it and everything went well. I highly recommend trying it.

The only thing that's wrong is the limit on the number of dishes per person (5), and once you've finished your order, you have to wait 10 minutes to place a new order. A huge waste of time, especially for those who want to eat a little faster. It would be convenient to increase the number of dishes per person to 7. 20/08/2025: After the renovation, the restaurant is very beautiful and the food is good. I tried many dishes, including uramaki, temaki, udon, meat and fish ravioli, and orange chicken, and they were all satisfying. The service was quick and very friendly. I recommend stopping by.

23/09/2025: I've been there several times and the food has always been decent. Since it's not close to home, we don't come here very often, but if we were in the area, we'd stop in. Until the last time (because it will be the last time I set foot in this place) I stopped in with my family, including a 20-month-old baby. She ate almost nothing, maybe a few bites from my plate, so much so that she didn't even have a place set at the table and was drinking from my glass. When I got the bill, I discovered that the baby had paid 20 euros, and I complained because, on top of not having eaten, I had to pay for not even having a cover charge. So I was given a 5 euro discount, which I really found ridiculous, not because of the 15 euros I had to pay—for goodness sake, if I go to a restaurant it's because I can afford it—but rather because of the service provided for a charge that, in my opinion, was unjustified. I also want to point out that a child who is part of a family follows his parents, so I can't choose whether to leave him at home or bring him, as is the case with the dog under the next table (which is also a biter). Who knows if he also paid 20 euros or if they applied the same 5 euro discount because he wasn't at the table. The icing on the cake: I go to the bathroom to change the baby and it feels like I'm in a cemetery. A red light that I couldn't even see the door handle. Imagine how I could change my daughter in those conditions... but as a civilized person, I complied. I could have changed her in the stroller in front of everyone, also explaining the reason, but I'm polite, so I paid the bill and left. Last time you'll see me.

15/09/2025: Sumire is one of those low-key gems you stumble upon and instantly feel at ease. The setting is cozy, spotless, and elevated by the kindness of the staff. We sampled a wide range of dishes—from sashimi and spring rolls to tempura, curry rice, and mochi. The standout was without doubt the polpette di polpo, perfectly balanced and full of flavour. The curry, on the other hand, fell flat for me—quite bland compared to the rest. The sashimi was decent, the cucumber with sesame oil refreshingly simple, and the mango mochi a sweet highlight to end on. Even the tableware felt thoughtfully chosen.

15/10/2025: There have been times when we've eaten well and received courteous service, but unfortunately, our last experience was very disappointing, both in terms of service and food quality. We were sad to leave with this impression, especially considering our previous good experiences!

08/10/2025: Terrible; poor-quality fish immersed in sauces to mask its flavor. Unpleasant odor in the fish room. We experienced intestinal discomfort within the first few minutes of eating (while still sitting at the table).
