07/09/2025: I’m surprised by the good score this place has. It is not worth it and not fair for other businesses. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The sushi was bad and the karaage was worst. The chicken was 3/4 inflated dough and 1/4 air. Never found the chicken. Not worthy to say this is Japanese. Calling it Japanese food would be an offense to other restaurants.

07/12/2025: A great find. The place isn't very big but never too crowded. It offers an à la carte or all-you-can-eat menu, serving sushi and Asian fare in general. All the dishes are perfectly executed, both the fried dishes and the grilled meat ravioli, but a special mention for me goes to the sushi, where both the nigiri and rolls feature good-quality fish and, above all, a perfect ratio of rice to rice, unlike other places where you find almost all rice and the fish disappears. The price is reasonable for the area, even low given the quality.

21/11/2025: One of the best sushi places I've ever had. The only negative: my clothes were soaked in fried food smells when I left. The smoke filtration system needs to be improved.

08/11/2025: Honestly, for what you spend per person, as an all you can eat, it is indecent. The choice from the menu is monotonous and terrible, above all they also ask you for more money to eat inside what you pay for, furthermore the service is incompetent, I have no words.

15/09/2025: Sumire is one of those low-key gems you stumble upon and instantly feel at ease. The setting is cozy, spotless, and elevated by the kindness of the staff. We sampled a wide range of dishes—from sashimi and spring rolls to tempura, curry rice, and mochi. The standout was without doubt the polpette di polpo, perfectly balanced and full of flavour. The curry, on the other hand, fell flat for me—quite bland compared to the rest. The sashimi was decent, the cucumber with sesame oil refreshingly simple, and the mango mochi a sweet highlight to end on. Even the tableware felt thoughtfully chosen.

26/08/2025: The place after the renovation is very nice, as is the kindness of the waiters and the owner. The dishes are well-presented and delicious. The only thing that's wrong is the limit on the number of dishes per person (5), and once you've finished your order, you have to wait 10 minutes to place a new order. A huge waste of time, especially for those who want to eat a little faster. It would be convenient to increase the number of dishes per person to 7. 20/08/2025: After the renovation, the restaurant is very beautiful and the food is good. I tried many dishes, including uramaki, temaki, udon, meat and fish ravioli, and orange chicken, and they were all satisfying. The service was quick and very friendly. I recommend stopping by.

07/04/2025: I obviously had higher expectations, the food was average, in fact I thought it would be better, the atmosphere was nice, the positive thing was that you could sing a few songs and dance a bit.

02/11/2025: Excellent food, truly special, from the raw ingredients to the cooking, to the attention to detail. The service needs to be improved. Two things that really disappoint: the exorbitant price and the portions that are too small. I've been going there regularly for a couple of years, but tonight I've lost the desire to go. €150 for me, my wife, and my daughter. I left the table feeling hungry. What a shame.

16/06/2025: I have been going to the restaurant for several years, which I have always found very satisfying, both in the classic all you can eat and in takeaway and home delivery, we have always had a great time. Last week we returned with friends and we noticed a very notable drop in the quality of the raw materials and preparations, which have changed since the last time, I don't know what, if the kitchen staff or the quality of the product, but we were all very very disappointed, so much so that we did not finish several dishes ordered, which did not find our liking at all. Too bad, because, I repeat, until a few months ago we always had a good time. I hope they return to the past.
