01/08/2024: Very interesting buffet service although slightly limited in offer. You can self-serve in unlimited quantities. Average flavours. Not refined but you can have a quick lunch and being able to view the food has its advantages.

21/07/2024: I've been here several times for lunch and have almost always had a good time. The other evening at dinner, however, it was a truly terrible experience both for the waiters who threw the dishes at you and for the deafening noise inside the restaurant. It was impossible to talk to my friend both due to the general volume of the other customers and the boy who was clearing the table by slamming plates, cutlery and glasses into a metal trolley.
The waiters ran around like crazy without paying the slightest attention to the customer. When I pointed out that we had already received four dishes but still nothing to drink or even sauces, the waiter literally scolded us and pointed to the counter (where the drinks should have come from)
The food is fresh but the Sushi rolls for example are huge so much so that they only bring you 4 of each type.
Overall, a very unpleasant experience.

24/08/2024: A real surprise! Good food, fast service and a nice environment. The only flaw in my opinion is that after you order all the dishes are brought to your table. For the rest passed with full marks.
13/08/2024: The food is really fantastic because it has a quality that in my opinion is fantastic.
The service is very fast, the longest we waited for each person's first course was 7 minutes.
The environment is very peaceful with Japanese music playing in the background.
Then if you book you can have the cabin all to yourself.

14/06/2024: A la carte Japanese restaurant, refined and elegant in the center of Varese. Menu full of dishes, all well described and presented; there is also a good choice of vegetarian dishes, not at all banal.
The quality of the fish can be seen and tasted, especially the tuna, which is truly delicious.
I had the opportunity to try a few dishes, I highly recommend the eel and tuna hossomaki, the rainbow maki and the dragon rolls and the tuna sashimi. The ravioli and seaweed are average, the pasta is good. The proposal for a welcome entrée is also nice, we ended up with slices of breaded cutlet.
Not counting the bottle of wine, I would say that the bill is in line with what we ate and with the quality of the products used.

20/07/2024: For those who love sushi at an excellent quality/price ratio we can only recommend this place. The all you can eat formula really allows you to taste all the varieties offered by the restaurant in abundance. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Good portions, very fresh fish, clean environment. Highly approved

17/08/2024: The best Japanese food we've ever tried! Everything is perfect, from ramen soup to rolls/sushi and desserts! Every time we visit Rome we come here!
15/08/2024: I expected sushi to match the high price, but instead I was served sushi with an imbalance between the thickness of the fish and the amount of rice, which made the texture unpleasant. Also, I was served a tsuyu sauce instead with soy sauce. As for the katsudon, perhaps they were trying to create a delicate flavor, but it was clearly too bland, even though the cooking of the meat was good. The ramen had a slight sour taste, which was unexpected. Given the high price, my expectations were high, so I was a little disappointed.

28/07/2024: I recently visited the sushi restaurant and unfortunately the experience was not the best. From the beginning, the chef's lack of experience was noticeable. The preparation of the dishes left a lot to be desired: the cuts of the fish were not precise or well executed, compromising the presentation and, above all, the taste. The overall flavor of the dishes did not live up to expectations, lacking the freshness and delicacy typical of good sushi. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but greater attention to quality and technique in the preparation of sushi is needed.
