The sandwiches are excellent, made with top-quality ingredients, and the sushi is well-made. I'll be back as soon as I can to try something else; the menu is truly varied and detailed. 19/11/2025: Vegetarian option = remove the meat. Nothing replaced it and for the same price. That's better not to mention it as an option... And the ramens were just spaghetti in boiled water with soy, 1 egg and Soybean sprout. I could do better at home. That's not good value for money at all, especially if you are vegetarian. Very disappointed.

02/11/2025: My husband and I went for lunch for the first time on a Saturday (November 1st) on the recommendation of a colleague who had been to Japan and had tried authentic ramen. We were very pleased; the ramen broth was delicious. We chose a combo menu that included ramen, fried rice, gyoza, and cabbage as a side. Everything was very good, even the rice. For two, we spent €29.50 for ramen, the combo menu, and 1.5L of water. Excellent prices for being in the center of Florence. The staff was attentive and helpful. We'll definitely be back.

01/01/2026: Truly excellent sushi! Tasty, unique, with excellent pairings. The quality of the ingredients is truly top-notch. Both the rolls and the various dishes are delicious. The staff is truly kind and courteous, and the place is well-kept and pleasant. We return often; it's a guarantee.

01/01/2026: It's been a regular stop for years when we need sushi, Chinese, or Italian, so if you're passing through, you can definitely pop in... We wanted to try it again for New Year's Eve, after years of doing it at home, and we were as satisfied as we expected... so much food, starting with the appetizers, then three first courses, three second courses, seconds, etc. If you didn't like a dish, they were always happy to offer you something else to replace it with... At midnight, a bottle of sparkling wine, then cotechino and lentils, and finally panettone and pandoro with liqueurs and coffee... Everything was exquisitely cooked and always brought with a smile... Even the in-laws, who had never been there before, were satisfied. Well done Sofia and all the staff, to whom we send our regards... we'll see you soon for the usual sushi :-) ...Perfect New Year's Eve! PS: Thanks also for the midnight fireworks

26/02/2026: It's been a while since we've been to this restaurant, and I have to say we were very disappointed. Other friends had already told us they were disappointed, since the food used to be so good, but we wanted to try it. The fish was flavorless, but all the dishes in general were characterless. The sweet and sour soup had a bad flavor, and there was a great selection of huramaki, but in the end they all tasted the same. The dishes weren't presented well either: the meat, fish, and vegetable ravioli were all on the same plate. We won't be returning.

21/03/2026: First time here. Neutral, dimly lit atmosphere. They offer an all-you-can-eat dinner for €23.90. You still have to order by hand on a notepad, with a paper menu or QR code. The food is below average in both quality and portion size. Service is almost nonexistent. The salmon tartare is questionable. The selection of dishes is very limited. I think it's a no-go given the numerous all-you-can-eat competition throughout the province. A shame.

13/03/2026: We ended up here by chance, leaving satisfied and nostalgic for the honest sushi we used to eat a few years ago. The menu is small, and I have to say that's a plus; I often go to restaurants where the menu has 100 pages of identical uramaki, covered in unnecessary sauces. Here, none of that happens. You get what you want, and that's it. The real surprise is that there are no surprises. The young woman who served us was extremely kind and seemed happy to do her job, and do it to the best of her ability, with serenity. The atmosphere was intimate, welcoming, and quiet, with no clattering of dishes and no music blasting to drown out the shouts from the kitchen. I hope to return soon!

19/02/2026: Positive experience, warm, welcoming atmosphere, and high-quality ingredients. I was slightly disappointed by the katsudon portion, which I found a bit small. Another aspect that somewhat "killed" the atmosphere was the tablet ordering, which is usually found in all-you-can-eat chains and didn't match the elegance of the place. Excellent service, all the staff are very kind! The explanation of the various types of sake was also much appreciated. Good ramen.

18/02/2026: The fish was good quality, and we particularly enjoyed the maki, available in various versions. A good selection of desserts. Fast service, but the place isn't particularly special.

21/02/2026: It was Valentine's Day, and they didn't give us a rose like everyone else. There were so many of us, so crowded together, they put us on a veranda that felt like a stable with mangers.

18/02/2026: Location: New and clean, although the tables are too close together, there's little privacy. Service: Fast and efficient Quality: Average, with the open kitchen a plus! Prices: In line with general prices

08/02/2026: The "tradition" of fasting. If you're looking for a zen waiting experience, this is the place. An hour and a quarter for a seaweed appetizer and over an hour and a half for sushi that never arrived (and was ultimately canceled). The owner blamed Japanese tradition, but I doubt customers in Japan have to wait that long (Japanese culture prides itself on punctuality). Absurd and disrespectful to the customer. Embarrassing time management and even less convincing excuses.

07/03/2026: I've been going to this restaurant with my wife for several years now, and I can say it's a guarantee. The food is delivered by the belt and extras are available via QR code. Everything is incredibly fresh, and there's a great variety, especially in the evenings. Every now and then, the chefs try something new, which, if it works, is later included in the menu. The modern, spotlessly clean atmosphere and friendly staff complete the restaurant.

10/02/2026: Frozen sushimi. Poor quality. Poorly packaged and sticky uromaki. I won't be returning.

23/10/2025: Excellent place to eat in Positano! It has incredible views of the beach. The food is recommended and the service is excellent. The prices are a little lower than the other beach restaurants.
