Delicious fish and really fast service. The nigiri are smaller than average, and I honestly appreciate that: I'd rather order an extra plate than choke on a rice ball. The dishes arrived just minutes after I ordered. The only downside is the price: €28 for an all-you-can-eat midweek dinner with a €2 cover charge, and €3 for a 0.75-liter bottle of water.

This restaurant has dominated Cremona for many years and is considered by locals to be the best ALL YOU CAN EAT in the city. In addition to sushi, they also offer meat, vegetable, rice, soy and rice noodle dishes, and delicious appetizers, sure to please even those who absolutely don't like sushi. 😋 It's best to book on weekends. The dinner menu offers a wider variety of dishes, and the prices are higher.

Super Satisfied, the dishes were delivered quickly, even when the restaurant was packed, the quality of the dishes, ingredients, and aesthetics—in short, Highly Recommended!!! We left with full, yet "healthy" bellies, without that heaviness you get at every other restaurant. After all, we "only" ate rice, raw fish, fruit, and little else, but we were full! Truly excellent!!! Prices were average, so high, like everywhere else, unfortunately, but we ordered a lot at a fixed price, so it's better here than elsewhere. Parking is available nearby, along the street, or at the nearby gas station. Oh, and it's best to book!

The sushi is excellent. A good product, but the service needs a complete overhaul. Slow and disorganized. My partner and I sat down at 12:30 and left at 2:30! The waiters bring our plates and leave empty-handed 😬😅 In the end, I still had 4 nigiri to bring, so at a certain point we got up. If you're in a hurry, I wouldn't recommend it. Otherwise, it's fine.

Service was polite and professional, although not particularly fast. However, it didn’t feel like a negative aspect because it seemed that the kitchen takes the time needed to prepare the food properly. If you’re expecting quick service you might notice the wait, but if you’re there to enjoy good sushi, the pacing actually fits the overall experience. Overall, Hayashi is a great choice for quality sushi, a relaxing environment, and attentive staff. I would definitely come back again.

Typical Asian restaurant with good food, slightly small portions and little variety compared to other restaurants of the same type, nice and large environment 👍
