I migliori ristoranti di cucina giapponese

29/07/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante a cena con tutta la famiglia. È stata una meravigliosa scoperta. I camerieri gentilissimi e simpatici ci hanno accolti con limonata fresca. Dopo un gustoso amuse bouche, abbiamo gustato diversi piatti a base di pesce tutti abbondanti e ricercati. Ci ha sorpreso la quantità di pesce fresco presente in tutte le portate. Dall' antipasto al dolce è stata un' esperienza culinaria memorabile.

25/07/2025: Ieri, io e mia moglie, siamo andati a cenare, in codesto rinomato ristorante. Abbiamo ordinato due fritture Senza spine, 19,00 euro cadauno due contorni, uno di patate e l'altro misto di broccoli carciofi carote ecc. Un'acqua minerale naturale e un calice di vino rosato. Le fritture 19,00 euro cadauno, nella norma, senza infamia e Senza lode, il vino non particolare 7,00 un calice, acqua panna 3,00. Coperto 6,00. I contorni, rifiutati in quanto non mangiabili, pertanto la signora alla cassa , ha avuto l'onestà di non conteggiarli. Costo finale 54,00. Delusione, in base alle recensioni, ci saremmo aspettati altro. Peccato,forse era una serata storta, oppure ognuno ha il proprio livello.

26/01/2026: The restaurant is very clean and the sushi is good. This is my second time here, and it's no surprise to me. The only thing missing is parking.

09/10/2025: After six years of frequenting the restaurant... The food is always excellent. The menu is updated regularly to offer variety and break up the same old-fashioned menu. Kudos also to the always friendly and professional staff and the ever-innovative owner.

11/03/2026: I have been going there for many years, never a single bad service, an exceptional place in my opinion, one of the best in the area, if not the best, the owners and staff are very friendly and helpful, the quality of the food is very high.

07/03/2026: For us, Anji Sushi has become much more than just a restaurant: it's a place we always enjoy returning to. The atmosphere is clean and well-kept, the food is truly excellent, and the portions are perfect. But what really makes the difference is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff: always kind, smiling, and attentive. You can sense the passion they put into their work, and this makes the experience even more special. Compliments to the entire staff. Highly recommended!

13/03/2026: I've been ordering from them for years. Friendly and courteous. Quick with orders. A huge 10 out of 10 for the fact that the bag delivered to your home is reusable! Not your average paper bag.

16/02/2026: We had called ahead to make a reservation and ask if vegan and gluten-free options were available, but the person who answered said they only served vegetarian dishes. However, checking the menu on the website revealed otherwise. So we went to the restaurant anyway, and the waiter at the entrance, a young and affable man with a Roman accent, very kindly showed us all the available options and found us a table even though the restaurant was fully booked and we hadn't booked. The private dining room was an oasis of tranquility and comfort, and the staff, composed of smiling and kind young waiters, demonstrated great professionalism and attentiveness to our needs. We particularly liked the fact that the restaurant employs a team of young Trieste-based workers, creating a welcoming, family-like atmosphere. The dishes were high-quality and the service impeccable. Kudos to the restaurant management and the excellent work of the staff. We were truly satisfied with our experience and will definitely return. Highly recommended!!!

09/01/2026: We were here for New Year's Eve. The place is very nice after the renovation. In addition to the all-you-can-eat menu, we also had lobster and steak and had a fantastic evening. The dishes were beautifully cooked. I was very pleased and will definitely be back. The owner is friendly and always smiling. I highly recommend it: the best sushi restaurant in town.

01/01/2026: We went to Sakura for New Year's Eve 2025/26. We had a truly wonderful meal in a fun and engaging atmosphere. Congratulations to all the staff.

10/02/2026: Delicious and excellent appetizers. Very good first courses. High quality and a nice location. The uramaki rolls, however, are mediocre; the rice isn't special.

16/01/2026: Clean and modern place (a little different from the usual interior). The Chinese owner was friendly, as was the young, curly-haired waiter. Fast service even though it wasn't busy. Plenty of seating inside. Free parking in front. Everything was good. The sashimi was very good. I'll be back!
