I very often go for a bite to eat in this very lively place, very Florentine, but also very international, a mix of students, employees, workers and professionals who work in the surrounding area, and many tourists, not a few Asians, who have discovered that in this bar -diner, you eat an "amazing" ramen. The place is simple and very clean, the staff quick and very kind. It's often full, especially at peak times, so call ahead to book. I only eat Japanese here, but I know they also do a lot of hot and cold Tuscan and Italian dishes. The only flaw, but which does not compromise my convinced 5 stars, is the fact that mineral water is served in plastic bottles. Highly recommended!!

I recently managed to go back: FINALLY ❤️ Because I love the gyoza and chashu-don they make here.
In love with this place for over 12 years.
The ramen is also delicious, but the chashu meat they make here... won my heart and my stomach.
Highly recommended, pay attention to the opening times (N.B. in the summer they close for holidays, check before making empty trips like myself)

It's strange to think of eating ramen in an Italian bar but I feel that that gives more grace to this place in the center of Firenze. I'm not an expert in ramen but everything was very delicious and the ingredients felt very fresh, for being in the center of Firenze. firenze their prices are relatively good. I would recommend reading the menu carefully and choosing one of the combined menus! PS: I recommend that you reserve a table before you go😅

I'm not a fan of ramen but this one I tried at the banki really has super flavours. The combined options turn out to be a good compromise to be able to taste both ramen and gyosa, fried rice and side dishes. The prices are honest. The staff is very friendly. The place is adjacent to the bar (a stone's throw from Santa Maria Novella) so it is a non-formal environment but still highly recommended.

Il primo vero Ramen Giapponese a Firenze,un Istituzione di cultura nipponica nel centro fiorentino.
Lo adoriamo da tanti anni,garantiscono qualità,freschezza e prezzi come nessun altro! Fantastico il melting pot con fusione del bar “all’italiana” che li ospita.

The place was super busy when we walked in, and yet the staff was friendly, and we were seated right away. We were waited on and received our food quickly. My friend and I both had the Miso Ramen, and it was amazing!
