A very homey little place, a fusion of dining room and bar. The dining room isn't very large, the place is spartan but intimate. The ramen is very good, even though I'm not much of a ramen fan. The Yoda Soba noodles or something like that are also delicious. The staff is friendly and courteous, and the price is very reasonable for being in the center of Florence.

I've been going to Banki Ramen for over 20 years, and I have to say it's always a guarantee—the ramen is delicious and absolutely worth it. Mirko, as always, is a guarantee, and the other guys are also very friendly. I recommend it if you want authentic ramen in the center of Florence.

I would never move to another city just to avoid missing out on this amazing ramen. I always take everyone who comes to visit me in Florence. Menu B with Miso Ramen for life! It's the best dish I've ever eaten.

It was my first time eating ramen and I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was delicious, even the portions were small for a foodie like me 😉🤩, and the atmosphere was very simple. Thanks to my sister for bringing me! We'll definitely be back!

19/04/2026: So let's start with the fact that they were very kind to let me put the scooter in storage so as to avoid it being stolen. The service was friendly and fast, the food an 8 out of 10 but very filling. The portions are customizable in terms of size. The atmosphere is not bad but it could be better. Let's say the necessary is there, you can talk easily, the only flaw is the ordering method is a little unintuitive for a person coming for the first time. It could be changed a bit, perhaps with special tablets placed there so you can order individually instead of having to do it from a single phone. However, for the price, quality, let's say excellent. I would go back.
11/04/2026: Over the years, the quality has declined significantly, especially the tuna. Fair prices and friendly staff. Classic after-school sushi.

16/02/2026: A good place to eat sushi in Calenzano. Cute atmosphere and helpful waiters. You can eat inside or outside.
02/02/2026: Really very good. The service was quick even though the restaurant was busy, and the menu (though not extensive) is more than satisfactory. The sashimi and salmon in general are delicious and the staff is very friendly, and there are also vegan and vegetarian options.
