30/11/2025: Found this place by chance. It's a tavern outside the town, but there are no typical Friulian dishes. We had a second course of grilled wings with potatoes and a second course of grilled sausages, which were billed as a second course of grilled fish. €18.00 per dish. I'm attaching the receipt. It seems a bit high for a place without heating, even though Mrs. Maya was very kind. If they want to keep the prices high, the standard of the place must also be adequate.

08/11/2025: My partner and I were passing through Palmanova, and we stopped for dinner at this cute and welcoming place, small but very well kept. We ordered the Concordia appetizer. It was generous, tasty, and all the fish was excellent. The staff was very friendly. I would gladly return. I recommend it for both groups and a romantic dinner.

22/08/2025: Coming off an already negative experience due to the rudeness of the staff, we returned solely because the pastries were good quality. The waitress's rudeness was confirmed once again: she was annoyed even when taking our order, and she was absent when we paid because she was smoking, but she was quick to call us back to complain that €2 was missing from the receipt. Needless to say, given such despicable behavior, we left her the coins because we felt sorry for her.

05/09/2025: The hotel is in a strategic location, and that's the only positive thing. I booked saying I had a small dog, and they said it was no problem, so I paid the supplement. So far, so good, but when we went to dinner, they told me we had to sit outside the dining room and put us in a dark, open-air corridor. They set the table as best they could, which made me a little upset. Things should be said right away, not later. Not all the reception staff are trained, and the rooms leave much to be desired. Highly not recommended.

02/10/2025: 4-star food because, for someone like me, I really appreciate the dough and ingredients. They've improved so much in a short time. Leave the negative reviews alone because that's old news. Now they're new and improved. Perfectly cooked, not burnt or raw. Very good ingredients. I'd make it a little bigger because I personally devour it and want a second one. 5-star service because they're perfect on time for home delivery and arrive in perfect condition. I can't judge the atmosphere because I haven't been in person. Well done, keep it up and get even better 💪🏻❣️

02/10/2025: Terrible pizzas, better to go to the supermarket and get the frozen ones, at least the dough seems safer, to the point that it made me nervous and I didn't eat it, the dough seemed raw, with a strong yeast taste, I really can't explain what could have gone wrong

19/08/2025: The absolute worst. 2 hours late to deliver 500 meters away. Zero service, just arrogant. I can't wait, close it down.

28/08/2025: I ordered a falafel kebap for take away. No offense, but this dudes have to learn how to make a kebap. You have to search the veggies with a microscope and there was no sauce whatsoever to find in. No kidding! I just told him "with everything but no spice"... that's not a kebap worth 7 €!!

29/11/2025: The staff were very rude and impolite, even though there weren't many people, you couldn't even imagine there being more people to manage. Unfortunately, there isn't another bar in the station, but it would be appropriate because it's the second time I've been treated like this. Even though the food is quite good, if it's served badly, everything changes.

25/08/2025: We went twice for breakfast in this cafe. They prepared for us boiled eggs, which is very special since in Italy are more common the sweet choices for breakfast. The service was sweet. Convenient prices. No ambiance since that road is pretty busy.

21/12/2025: I'm adding one star only because, as we were getting up to leave, a lady who was behind the counter and witnessed the scene, came over to apologize for her colleague's poor behavior. We greatly appreciated this gesture, a sign of professionalism, unlike the other employee. We ordered two slices of pizza, asking for and paying for them from a lady. After a while, another lady came over with three slices in her hand and said something that neither I nor my partner could hear. A young man took one of the slices. Then the lady asked her colleague whose the other two slices belonged to and instructed her to give them to us. The "very polite" employee then responded in an arrogant and rude tone, saying, "Well, they could have told me." I took the pizzas and pointed out that I simply hadn't heard which pizzas she wanted delivered. She didn't even bother to apologize; she just turned around and went off to do something else. Kudos to you for your politeness.

31/10/2025: A place with excellent coffee. It has a well-stocked display of pizzas, including rectangular ones, sandwiches, focaccias, tramezzini, and pasta dishes. The pizza is very good, but the prices are high.

22/11/2025: This is the third time I've ordered takeout, and it's the third time I've gotten home and discovered the order was wrong and/or incomplete! - First time: the sauces were missing; - Second time: the 6 nuggets were missing; - Third time: they forgot to put the sauce on the Crispy McBacon. I tried contacting them and haven't received a response.

28/10/2025: I arrived at 12:30 on Tuesday (so there was no one there), I paid, took my place card and sat down. After about 20 minutes nothing and no one arrived, I got up to check and my tray was placed on the now cold counter. I picked it up and saw a clerk very impetuously come at me, throwing my order and making it fall all over me. The floor was greasy and slippery.

25/08/2025: Tiny ice cream and very unwilling staff. Everywhere else you get twice as much for the same price of 2 EUR. I do not recommend

26/10/2025: It's truly a miracle there are any brave customers left sitting here. The portions are small and the food is pre-cooked. Everything is tasteless, and the service is unpleasant. If you don't love your job, it's better to close down and change management.

26/10/2025: Disappointing dinner. Small portions. Frozen products. Which is already shameful for a seaside place. I found pieces of plastic from the frozen clam package in the spaghetti. The spaghetti wasn't even tossed with the pasta. It was simply "resting" on top of the flavorless spaghetti. I mentioned this to the owner, who almost ignored my complaint and gave me a paltry €3.50 discount. The fish soup was inconsistent. The waitress was kind. I'd say...never again. €70 wasted.

11/10/2025: Terrible, sad, and dirty place. A beer costs 7 euros, not even a single chip. The kitchen is currently closed.
