19/08/2025: Nice place, we wanted to dine here on the first night of our vacation. The rudeness and arrogance with which the waiter, a tall, middle-aged man with glasses, greeted us made us change our minds.

12/09/2025: I didn't eat or drink, so I can't tell you about the quality of the food. I only know that I'm a student and that day I'd walked 15 km around Udine, and I hadn't had a drink in hours. Since there were no fountains and I couldn't go far because I had a bus coming soon, I asked the woman if she could offer me some tap water (I'd also run out of money), and she replied, "I only sell here," not even politely, but in a cold tone. Then when I left, she came out to look at me suspiciously. What's anyone supposed to think?

05/09/2025: I'm leaving one star for the beautiful location of the place, adjacent to the church, with its outdoor terrace overlooking the main square. One word to describe everything else: "stale." We were looking for "artisanal gelato" and found an expensive product (€2 a scoop to go), served in tiny portions, with messy flavors, and apparently poorly preserved. We tried several flavors, but none were noteworthy. The staff is foreign, and we found ourselves having to communicate with gestures. The bathroom was out of toilet paper, soap, and even hand towels. The place could use a good refresh and more care and attention to management and maintenance.

16/11/2025: We waited in line for an hour to get in, watching newcomers walk past us. The bouncers were corrupt and rude. I've been to nightclubs all over the world, but I've never seen such discriminatory behavior toward new customers who had never been to this place. It was shameful; we left after an hour of queuing without accomplishing anything. After asking the bouncer why newcomers were walking past us, their response was: "They've been customers for 10 years, and we don't know you." SHAME!

06/11/2025: The security guard didn’t let us in as we did not have any woman companion with us. After that he said that we can’t get in without student identity card. None of that was written on the advertisement and we came here all the way from Slovenia just to experience the party in Deus club. The security guard was shamelessly letting every single woman to get in and didn’t even try to take a look at our slovenian student’s cards. There wouldn't be any problem if any of this was written in the ad, but it was not. We are strongly disappointed!

28/07/2025: Sooo schlecht. Die 2-3 Kellnerinnen waren heillos überfordert. Es dauerte ewig bis die Bestellung aufgenommen wurde (auch Getränke) und über eine Stunde bis das Essen kam. Die Portionen waren sehr übersichtlich, relativ geschmacklos und, was am schlimmsten war: kalt! Zur Bezahlung ging mein Mann extra rein, um dann gesagt zu bekommen, wo käme an den Tisch… natürlich dauerte dies wieder ewig, um dann zu erfahren, dass er zum kartenzahlen eh rein gemusst hätte, was wir vorher schon gesehen hatten. Hätten wir bloß vorher die Bewertungen hier gelesen, dann wäre uns diese sehr negative Erfahrung erspart geblieben.

26/07/2025: Ci siamo fermati per caso in questo ristorantino a due passi da piazza Unità d’Italia. Abbiamo mangiato bene, il servizio ottimo, personale accogliente e premuroso. Inizialmente ci eravamo un po’ spaventati leggendo le tante recensioni negative ma alla fine siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. Recensioni ingenerose. Consigliato vivamente soprattutto per gli gnocchi al Gulash ed i dolci.

18/08/2025: Decent atmosphere, in the central pedestrian area of Gorizia... the only positives! We stop for an aperitif. We wait 30 minutes for service, and order two awful Midori spritzes served with two chips, for the modest price of €14. Really? You're in St. Mark's Square, aren't you? I pay, thank you... goodbye. And then let's not complain if people go elsewhere.

17/02/2025: Pizze precotte con ingredienti crudi. Ci hanno fatto pagare 28,50 per 2 pizze sottili e una birra con servizio e coperto. Alla mia protesta un dipendente di colore mi ha attaccato dicendomi che sono maleducato senza interloquire. La pizza peggiore della mia vita. Non ci tornerò mai più.

26/01/2025: Devo dire che sono rimasto molto deluso, sopratutto a livello di servizio, confusione tra i camerieri abbiamo chiesto un acqua per più di tre volte e non è mai arrivata, ci hanno fatto sedere in 5 su un tavolo da 4 la cosa è stata notata da uno dei camerieri e ci ha detto che si potevano unire dei tavoli, il tavolo accanto al nostro non è stato sparecchiato da quando siamo arrivati fino a quando abbiamo finito di mangiare. Mi dispiace ma non ci tornerò

22/08/2025: A bar that doesn't serve people of color in 2025 is not only shameful but also criminally prosecutable. In Italy, a business owner cannot refuse service without a legitimate reason. Refusing service because of race or skin color constitutes discrimination, a behavior that undermines the enjoyment of equal rights and is unlawful and illegal, potentially resulting in criminal prosecution. And anyone who looks the other way is complicit...

10/06/2025: Racist rude people. Today, my 17 year old son, who is “differently colored” Italian, was refused service. The waiter told him that the owner has decided not to serve people like him. He asked where my son is from because he doesn’t look Italian…and that he can go and file a complaint if he wants! I am speechless…If you are dark skinned, be careful…

16/10/2025: Sandwiches moved with hands touching containers and brooms, warmed up, so to speak; industrially produced products. Ah, the kindness of a smile has never passed through here.

18/10/2025: The desserts were defrosted, disgusting.

06/10/2025: We happened to be there. We hadn't read the reviews beforehand. The cappuccino was good. The cakes were fresh and excellent.

16/02/2025: Esperienza pessima. Avevamo prenotato, con bonifico di acconto, in quanto eravamo in 10.tempi di attesa biblici con piatti di pessima qualità ( freddi) spaghetti scotti ( da mensa) Dopo 2 ore di attesa, ci siamo alzati, pagato ( digiuni con un 34 € a testa… nn c è altro da aggiungere. Il tutto si commenta da solo

25/11/2025: I'll leave the photos to give you an idea... dirty spoon, lipstick-stained saucer, and other things I have no idea what they were, not to mention the cup. The cup was filthy, really filthy. I didn't have the courage to drink it, much less ask for another one. I should point out that there weren't many people, no, just three tables all with coffee. You can overlook it for a moment of inattention and not notice the dirty spoon, but here it's just not having washed things.

15/11/2025: I suggest the owner of the place to come by more often. The barmaids are quietly looking at their phones, which should be prohibited while working. The tables are dirty and the counter is the same. They don't even know the difference between sparkling water and soda water, quite rude.

20/07/2025: If I could, I wouldn't even give one star... A total disappointment!!! An intrusive owner, capable of ruining your party. She rents out a garden, not even very well lit, for €1,000, from 8 PM to 2 AM, and then intervenes, disturbing everyone. The first time she asks for the music to be turned down, the second time she says someone had skidded in her parking lot, which we hadn't even noticed because we were all still inside singing and had yet to cut the cake. Maybe it was someone who heard the party from afar and came over to see, what were we supposed to know? But these things should be occupational hazards, and she, looking quite pissed, approached the guests and asked who those people were. Anyway, to make a long story short, my nephew risked having his 18th birthday party ruined by an incompetent person who rents out her garden and doesn't even know that loud music is normal at a party. Because she was asked permission to do everything she did! And to be honest, I've been to a lot of parties and the volume wasn't that loud!!! And it was in the middle of nowhere, because it was a villa surrounded by nothing because the other houses were far away except hers. Forget it if you want to choose this place, listen to me!!!

20/07/2025: Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience; I won't be returning. I was a guest at an 18th birthday party about three weeks ago, and initially, I had considered this venue for my daughter's birthday. However, after experiencing the evening as a guest, I completely changed my mind. Although the venue is undoubtedly beautiful and exclusive, the owner's attitude ruined the atmosphere: she was intrusive, unfriendly, and anything but professional. She often gave the impression of wanting to "control" the party rather than facilitate it, intervening inappropriately and creating discomfort among the guests. A real shame, because the venue has potential, but the owner's hospitality and demeanor really make the difference. Personally, I wouldn't feel comfortable entrusting her with an important event.
