Bar Stazione Udine In Udine

A good station café, with a wide selection of breakfast items and sandwiches for lunch. Good coffee and average prices.

The coffee is good, but the atmosphere is uninviting. It's a very large bar, but somehow cold and not very comfortable. Okay for the coffee, but not for much else.

We arrived in Udine at around 6:30 a.m. on the night train. However, the rental car company didn't open until 8:30 a.m., so we settled down here for a quick breakfast. We enjoyed cappuccino and a croissant filled with vanilla cream. Both were delicious. The seats were comfortable, and the table was clean, even though it was quite busy. The display was constantly restocked. The only downside was that the price could be a bit lower. The ambiance is appropriate for a train station. The steel construction gives it a somewhat technical feel, and while there's some decoration, there's still room for improvement.

I always pop in before catching the train, great selection of savory treats! Excellent sandwiches, filled to perfection, good paninis, great job!
