Since April 2025, there has been a change of management and the restaurant has been renovated with simplicity, maintaining respect for its identity and enriching it with enthusiasm, professionalism, and special attention to detail. The heart of the offering is fish, presented at a counter that alone is worth the visit: variety, freshness, and colors that immediately convey the quality of the raw materials (the restaurant, among other things, is across the street from one of the best-stocked fishmongers in the area). But takeout isn't the only option here; the in-house kitchen transforms these ingredients into dishes that surprise with their flavor and authenticity: light and crispy fried fish that are captivating without ever being greasy; Parmigiana, arancini (including fish), and other homemade preparations that bring the warmth of tradition to seafood recipes; A selection that ranges from ready-made dishes to take home to options you can enjoy right away, giving you the feeling of being in a real restaurant, but with the immediacy and convenience of fine dining. The well-kept and bright location with outdoor seating reflects the restaurant's philosophy: simplicity, cleanliness, and friendliness, which immediately puts you at ease. We've eaten here several times, both for lunch and dinner, and despite the crowds, the wait was minimal because they're extremely well organized in clearing lines. The quality-price ratio is remarkable: the portions are generous, the quality is high, and the prices are balanced and absolutely in line with the market. In addition to all the fish dishes, both hot and cold, the caponata is highly recommended, as it brought me back to traditional flavors.

26/08/2025: It's located not far from the Redipuglia exit, on the road. It has two areas, one outside and one inside. The service is attentive and fast. The menu is quite varied, and the food is good. Being on the road, the location isn't the best, but it's ideal for those who want to break up a long journey. Parking is on the side of the road. Wheelchair accessible.

03/08/2025: Nice little restaurant, good value for money, with fairly regional cuisine, well-prepared. The small outdoor area is nice, though it's a shame it's right on the highway. The draft beer is excellent!

19/06/2025: With a group of friends we had dinner in the garden of Molinari, great atmosphere with few seats and always available staff. The Mediterranean proposals are very good, unfortunately I don't drink and I can't give an opinion on the cellar but the owner seems to care a lot.

26/04/2025: Cozy restaurant in nautical style on the 1st floor terrace. sea ​​view, well-kept and tidy, fast and attentive service. It feels like being on a boat with friends and family. Menu of the day (15/4) based on fish: scotadeo style mussels, abundant fried sardines and tarnished prawns, radicchio and beans, water, loose Friulian wine, coca-cola, bread and cover charge €20.00/pers. Suitable for celebrating a large group. I will return with my family.

12/08/2025: We stayed one night in this lovely country inn. The room was modern, clean, and air-conditioned, and everything was perfect. The food was delicious, and the service was very friendly and helpful. The only challenge was ordering, as there's no menu, so the choices were presented in Italian. But with gestures and a bit of English, everything was handled perfectly. Highly recommended.

11/08/2025: Excellent food and exceptional wine, especially the Ramandolo. If you want to savor and sample traditional Friulian cuisine, a stop at Comelli's is highly recommended and essential. I return every chance I get.

Ci hanno coccolato e hanno reso il nostro pitstop un momento davvero speciale e divertente. Un saluto speciale a Giulia, una deliziosa ragazza dagli occhi dello stesso colore del mare di Trieste preparata, dinamica e molto attenta . 19/07/2025: One of our favorite spots while on vacation in Italy! We absolutely love the pastries. Coming from America, we find that European croissants are so much better—flaky, buttery, light, and just delicious. The krapfen and ciambelle are especially tasty! That said, the customer service could use some improvement. We often feel rushed to place our order, even when the place isn’t busy. The staff sometimes seem irritated if we take a few moments to decide, which can be challenging for visitors and tourists unfamiliar with the menu and its wide variety. A bit more kindness and patience would go a long way. Still, this remains our #3 favorite bakery—and we keep coming back for the amazing treats!

19/06/2025: Great solution if you want to have breakfast but also buy some bread or some savory to take away. Unfortunately there are few seats inside, because there is an area reserved also for being a small grocery store. Convenient parking nearby

22/06/2025: All the staff were very friendly...pizza was superb...prices were reasonable...the atmosphere was upscale with cloth napkins...we will definitely be back again this week but later in the evening...they had just opened and only served pizza...but it was very tasty 😋 🤤Pizza Diavola and Pizza Capriciosa...Grazie

21/06/2025: Excellently organized, courteous and helpful staff. Very good food. The outdoor garden is splendid, especially if you have children. Excellent for dinners with family or friends, as well as for larger groups.
