13/07/2025: A very pleasant surprise! We tried five different slices, and they were all delicious! The carbonara pizza was excellent; I'd never tried it before because I was a bit skeptical about having egg on pizza. The staff was friendly and helpful, even during peak hours. Thanks for the dinner! 😊

03/08/2025: Excellent dinner, perfect service, very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The trio of first courses was commendable, and the second course was equally as good. Everything was meticulously prepared and the flavors were wonderful. More stars are needed! I really hope to have the opportunity to return.

Buona la varietà di cibo dall'antipasto al dolce e del vino proposta da un menù che non si presenta come un'enciclopedia treccani per numero di pagine a garanzia della freschezza degli alimenti cucinati ed impiattati con cura ed eleganza. A me che in 41 anni di lavoro frequentare locali ed alberghi è stata la quotidianità e penso di poter dare un giudizio sereno ed obiettivo, sono bastati pochi minuti dell'accoglienza all'arrivo all'ordinazione, per capire che il locale non è gestito da gente improvvisata nell'ambito della ristorazione ma da persone che ci mettono passione e cura anche nei piccoli particolari facendo in modo che al momento di accomiatarsi già si pensi al voler tornare nuovamente. C'è da tenere presente, inoltre, che i piatti sono preparati con prodotti coltivati od allevati in loco da loro e fatti in casa. Ottimo servizio e prezzi onesti per quanto ho avuto modo di mangiare. Nella fattispecie, ho iniziato con del salame cotto all'aceto di mele e insalata di cappuccio viola marinato, per passare a dei buonissimi e delicati gnocchi viola con salsa al gorgonzola e finire con un semifreddo al mascarpone con coulisse di lampone. Gli altri commensali hanno preso terrina di coniglio e finocchio alla liquirizia, insalatina di rapa rossa con maionese vegana e verdurine croccanti e chips di riso, bavarese di melanzane con crumble salato. Casareccia lunghe verdi all'aglio orsino con cremoso all'uovo e speck croccante. Frico con polenta chips di patate e cipolla caramellata, lombo di maiale cotto a bassa temperatura con composta di mele e zenzero. Carpaccio di ananas con salsa al cocco, sorbetto. Buoni vini e liquori. Lo consiglio senza paura di essere smentito.

09/06/2025: Tragedy, never visit this hotel. We went there on a class trip. The food was terrible, even disgusting I would say. Everyone was complaining, imagine that after first meal the waitress (the only one for 65 people) came and wiped our forks with a handkerchief and expected us to eat next dish with them. Absolutely unacceptable in the hotel. The only edible thing was tiramisu. Later it was just worse. We entered the room which stinked with cigarettes. Then we went to the bathroom which was dirty - hair in the shower, some strange yellow mucus on toilet seat. My friends had mold in their room which was painted, but still visible. They also found hair in their bed sheets. Absolutely disgusting. But the worst and the most threating turned out to be the strange substance on the shutters in our room - it looked like blood. Also our window was destroyed, it kinda fell out when we opened it. The staff clearly didn't even try to clean the room and in the end we argued with them and only then they gave us a substitute apartment which, in comparison, was clean. The only good thing was the breakfast - it was bought in the supermarket, but at least it was edible. So to sum it up, we don't recommend this hotel. It was a terrible experience. Never again.

29/03/2025: The coffee is excellent, the desserts are a feast for the eyes as well as a delight for the palate, but the best thing you'll find here is Gessica's welcome and smile!

01/09/2025: One of the few restaurants that enhances its dishes by pairing them with the most suitable olive oil. Each dish and pairing is explained by the staff, who also guide you through the daily specials and the menu. High-quality ingredients, with homemade bread, pasta, and desserts. The price is fair, around €45 per person for an appetizer + olive oil tasting, two first courses, one second course, one dessert, water, and coffee.

02/08/2025: A decent experience. I had fried calamari with caramelized onion, but the onion wasn't caramelized, it was boiled. My husband had the squid ink fettuccine with mantis shrimp and bottarga. The fettuccine was decent, but they brought him the mantis shrimp, not mixed with the pasta. So we asked for the bill and left. I definitely won't be returning.
