06/12/2025: Guys, we weren't convinced... convinced by the photos and Google Maps reviews, we booked for lunch, but it was anything but lunch. I ordered a carbonara, but I prefer not to comment on it because the photo speaks for itself, while my companion ordered a plate of tagliatelle with ragù, which was simply tomato sauce with pieces of minced meat full of sinew. It's a shame because the young man who served us was very professional and friendly.

06/12/2025: I often frequent Da Andrea, but last night confirmed once again why this place is one of my absolute must-visit spots in Cattolica. You don't just come here to eat: you come to experience an authentic tradition, made up of typical local products, seasonal ingredients, and an increasingly rare hospitality. Andrea is always present and alert, the soul of the place, the guardian of knowledge that tells the story of his family and the city. Just look up at the walls and you'll find, in his parents' photographs, a Cattolica that no longer exists but lives on in the flavors of the dishes. And it's precisely this continuity, this deep connection with the past, that makes the experience unique. The menu is a journey through tradition: from the extraordinary chickpea soup to the ever-present gnocchi with ragù, from stuffed calamari to meatballs with mashed potatoes, and other great classics prepared with a care that is evident in every bite. Meat or fish, you can't go wrong here: everything is excellent, authentic, and prepared with full respect for historic recipes. Last night, Valentina, the perfect hostess, welcomed us. It's clear that Andrea has conveyed his great customer service: attentive, smiling, and always present without being intrusive. Impeccable management makes dinner even more enjoyable. 16/09/2025: The place is on the Bellaria seafront (the pedestrian area). The staff is friendly, and the food is plentiful. A first and second course easily feeds two. Everything is very good; we've tried the first, second, and appetizers several times, and everything is delicious. The prices are also more than fair considering the abundance of food. I recommend booking.

03/12/2025: Excellent fish, fresh and perfectly cooked. I had the grilled fish with a side of fries (a generous portion and good quality frying oil). The house wine was also good. The Umbrian olive oil they brought is also worth a mention, to try on bread as an entrée... exceptional... like so many products from that fantastic region... I recommend having lunch/dinner here if you're in the area.

We were warmly welcomed, and even our dog was happy 🥰 We chose a fish-based dinner...what can I say? Everything was delicious, the fish was incredibly fresh, the dishes were meticulously prepared, and the waiter was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. What can I say? 07/12/2025: We visited this restaurant for a birthday party, choosing the blind menu. The atmosphere is very welcoming, rustic yet elegant, and the service—after a little initial hesitation—proved professional and attentive throughout the evening. The first two vegetarian courses were well executed, but in a restaurant with a strong meat-focused identity, it would have been nice to find a balance, perhaps paired with a meat appetizer like hand-sliced ​​prosciutto or a small tartare. The wild boar plin pasta was one of the best dishes of the dinner. Some main courses were less convincing: the ossobuco, while visually appealing, was a bit stringy, while the pancetta was too fatty to be appreciated. Dessert was good, although the panna cotta with caramel and popcorn was a bit too sugary for our taste. Overall, the evening was enjoyable thanks to the ambiance, the service, and the interesting menu. With a little more attention to the variety and balance of the dishes, the experience could become truly excellent.
