11/06/2026: The service felt too focused on upselling “premium” dishes with wagyu and truffle. Unfortunately, the quality of the food did not always match the premium positioning. The octopus and burrata starter was enjoyable, with good flavour and an interesting combination. While the octopus could have been a little fresher, it was still a good dish overall. For my main course, I originally planned to order the €15 tagliatelle al ragù but was recommended by the server to upgrade to the €24 truffle pasta. Sadly, this proved disappointing. The truffle looked pre-shaved and dried out. It did not have the aroma or flavour that fresh truffle should have. Combined with an overly salty sauce, the dish fell short of my expectations and did not justify the additional cost. I asked for a glass of red wine, only to discover when the bill arrived that it cost €12.50. Considering this is a premium price, the wine tasted acidic and cheap, making the cost difficult to understand. I was neither shown the bottle nor served at the table, leaving me with no idea what wine I had been given. At that price point, I would have expected a higher quality wine. Overall, there were some positives, particularly the starter and the friendly service, but I left feeling that the restaurant focused too heavily on upselling rather than delivering food and drink that justified the prices being charged.

10/06/2026: Superb service, romantic Italian ambiance with excellent food. It doesn't get more romantic than this. Highly recommended. And to top it all off, homemade tiramisu.

17/05/2026: Good, creamy, and not frozen gelato. Very intense dark chocolate flavor. They also offer two low-glycemic flavors with no added sugar. Dog-friendly. I return every time I come to Rimini.

26/04/2026: Definitely one of my favorite restaurants, with prices in line with the excellent quality. Besides everything being delicious, we especially like the service; the girls are always very kind and attentive.

10/05/2026: I went to Manna for dinner with my partner. The two of us had a pizza, a crudités tasting, two glasses of wine, and a mannamisu. Positive notes: The place is very elegant, suitable for a romantic dinner or a business dinner. The quality of the food is very high, especially the pizza. I had a chic pizza with patanegra and port reduction, and I must say the portions were very generous. Negative notes: The service, in my opinion, wasn't very attentive: our drinks arrived late, and we had to ask for water twice. Furthermore, the waiters made several trips around aimlessly. The bread and focaccia (although good) were a bit dry; they were probably left uncovered after being cut and were exposed. The fish dish is a bit overpriced for the quantity; there are places of the same caliber that charge a little less for larger portions. Last but not least, the noise; I think the acoustics of the place need improving. Overall I recommend it, I have to say it's a great place to spend a pleasant evening.

22/05/2026: I'm a chef myself and I'm very impressed with this restaurant. I ate here yesterday and had a generous bruschetta as a starter and a perfect carbonara 🤌 The pasta was al dente, beautifully creamy, and seasoned with just the right amount of pepper. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely come back. Absolutely recommended if you love Italian cuisine; they truly live and breathe it there. 🙏

17/01/2026: I'll start by saying that Edo was my family's favorite Japanese restaurant... but I have to say that after today's lunch experience I don't think I'll ever set foot there again... after several months I went back to have lunch at this restaurant with my family and I immediately noticed that the staff had totally changed and I have to say significantly less polite... but let's start from the beginning, we arrived 5 minutes late (notifying them) and I was told that if we were to be a few more minutes late they would give away the table... we sat down at the table and after 10 minutes they asked us to move (ok) we ordered and after 15 minutes (around 1:00 pm) they brought us all the dishes together, so many that we couldn't even fit on the table, apart from the quality which in my opinion has decreased compared to last year, we ate many of the hot dishes by now cold... but as they say family lunch, you can ignore everything, but the waiter who came to the table at 2:00 pm when my girls were still eating and told us that we had to leave the table immediately because he needed it and that what's left on the table, put it in a bag and we can take it away... no, that's not okay... considering that they all took 16.80 per person plus service charge and drinks... I'm sorry but I find it a serious lack of respect towards the customer... I hope they change their mindset because the restaurant itself deserved it.

04/05/2026: Excellent value for money, with generous and delicious dishes. The lasagna is delicious, along with the vegetarian mix. Authentic cuisine with dishes that aren't at all greasy or overly salty. The owner's homemade cakes are a true specialty; I've never tasted such delicious desserts.
