It's rare to find such a perfect balance between the quality of the cuisine and the warm welcome. What impressed us: • The Cuisine: Extremely fresh ingredients and dishes prepared with evident care. Each course was an explosion of flavors, from appetizer to dessert. You could taste the passion behind the stove! • The Staff: The staff are the real added value. Professional, knowledgeable, but above all kind and smiling. We felt pampered from start to finish without ever being intrusive. • The Atmosphere: A refined and immaculate environment, ideal for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. In summary: If you're looking for quality and courtesy, this is the place. We'll definitely be back very soon! Highly recommended!

The food is excellent, and the freshness of the ingredients is the foundation of this Asian cuisine. The various set menus offer a wide selection for all budgets. The service is impeccable and very professional. My only complaint: when I went several evenings in a row during my stay in Novafeltria, they never had any tea to offer. I highly recommend this restaurant for sushi lovers.

07/01/2026: We stayed briefly in December, a couple of nights at a time. The welcome was excellent, and the owners' helpfulness and kindness were exquisite. The rooms were perfect, with all the comforts and requests met. An oasis in the upper Marecchia Valley.
