Excellent hotel, elegant but not sophisticated, with wide corridors transformed into art galleries.
The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful.
I didn't use the restaurant, but looking at the menu, I think I missed an opportunity; it certainly wasn't the usual dull hotel restaurant menu.
If I ever have the opportunity to pass through the area again, I'll definitely be back.

Located in the center of Lugo, this hotel is very nice and welcoming. The staff is helpful and friendly.
The rooms are clean and spacious enough.
It also has an excellent restaurant where I had the pleasure of dining.
The only drawback is the parking. As with most hotels in historic centers, you sometimes have to wander around a bit to find parking.

I travel a lot. I arrived late in the evening, very tired. At the reception desk, I found people, not just staff: I was accompanied through my luggage and parking with a care and kindness that restores my body and my soul.
In the restaurant, I was offered warm bread: not the expected one, but freshly baked. A simple yet rare gesture.
It's worth making an effort to leave a trace of these wonders found in Italy. Even when running, you have to choose to stop, truly observe these people, and thank them.

Breakfast was very poor. I expected tomatoes, cucumbers, and greens. There was no fruit except for apples. Only two types of cheese are insufficient for a 4-star hotel. The bread was all the same, dry and hard. The bakery section should have had a wider variety. They bring the coffee themselves, and you have to wait a while in the middle of breakfast. The rooms, however, were clean and tidy.

Historic hotel in the historic center of Lugo in a logistically perfect location. Large, bright rooms, the white color triumphs. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom with a modern and usable shower. Well heated. On the other hand, the rooms are a bit cold. The temperature is not manageable by the user. At night, the corridor light is always on and filters from under the door. Sensors and LEDs illuminate the room too much. The kettle and coffee machine in the room lose the fifth star for some small things that could be improved. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it. I would go back.

The historic place in the city center of Lugo, truly very beautiful, clean, abundant breakfast with various choices, spacious and modern rooms, the restaurant at the hotel offers lunch and dinner, with typical Romagna dishes, excellent food, highly recommended, and I have already been several times and will gladly return, also for those interested in knowing great authors and historically prominent people who have stayed in this hotel, excellent experience

A piece of history visited by 1,000 celebrities, furnishings that exude history and speak to you. The room is spacious and comfortable. The only negative: it lacked a bathroom kit, shower cap, and disposable slippers (which is why I didn't give it 5 stars). The breakfast was plentiful in a super welcoming room. Overall, we were more than satisfied.
