21/11/2024: Historic restaurant in the area, family-run, attentive, but not intrusive and everyone with a smile. The appetizer of cured meats, fried gnocco, aubergines and peppers was plentiful and tasty. Then we wanted to taste the meat, braised meat with polenta, stuffed duck and culatello with mushrooms, all very good. I would have liked a few more mushrooms with the culatello, they were a bit small. The homemade desserts and biscuits/brittle offered with coffee are also excellent. More than honest prices (around 30 euros per person) We will be back to try the first ones! I recommend booking

03/11/2024: Optimal!!! A restaurant overlooking the Trebbia valley was recommended by friends. DOC appetizers and very good first courses at honest prices. Worth a visit!

12/10/2024: Top evening, wedding anniversary and I must say that I celebrated by eating super, Mother's starter always delicious, the mixed grill super good with grilled vegetables, tuna with cherry tomatoes and excellent ricola Restaurant that I recommend trying. I forgot top service

02/09/2024: Cena con amiche. Avevo alte aspettative sul posto tanto decanato ma purtroppo non mi sono trovata bene. Abbiamo ordinato il polipo che però era gommoso e duro. Abbiamo segnalato la cosa ma non sono sembrati interessati alla nostra critica fatta con pacatezza ed educazione. Peccato perché il posto è davvero carino ma non credo ci torneremo.

26/08/2024: capitato per caso in un giorno di lavoro, convinto di trovarmi in una delle tante vecchie trattorie dome mangi bene ad un prezzo contenuto, mi sono ritrovato a mangiare piatti da chef scarsi a prezzi esagerati, un primo, un secondo, una minerale , un caffe' a 32 euro, da notare che dopo un'ora avevo ancora fame. Il ristorante non ha il menu' del giorno.

29/09/2024: Very intimate environment, dishes made with excellent raw materials, very good. Super friendly and very competent staff. Good wine list. Excellent service. When you are in Piacenza, always take this into consideration. I will stop by very often.

08/12/2024: While I was traveling back from Milan, I booked by telephone at this property for the night between 19 and 20 October 2024. I had specifically requested the garage. I arrive at 10.30pm, it was raining and, to my surprise, while I was waiting for the garage to open, I was told that it was full. They point me to a public square, forcing my wife and me to walk about 10 minutes in the rain. What's worse is that they don't warn me that there is an area nearby that is not included in the ZTL permit they have for guests. First time in Piacenza, it's dark, it's raining, I know I can move around in the restricted traffic zone and I follow Google's directions. I get a fine of over 73 euros (if paid within 5 days) for entering the pedestrian area. I phone in vain to complain, then I exchange two emails with the manager who, essentially casting doubt on my version, offers me a discount of 37 euros for my next stay. Discount that I refused because I find the treatment received unfair, as 1) they assure you of parking over the phone without specifying that it is based on availability (actually only afterwards do they tell you that they have very few spaces and that the garage also serves the restaurant) 2) you arrive and discover that this is not the case (I would have booked elsewhere) 3) you are aware that you can reach the structure in the center (you leave the license plate affixed), then they don't explain how to get to the public car park without incurring violations. Above all, I found it offensive to question the customer's version by simply claiming that the staff is trained in providing every indication and that it seems strange to them that the navigator made me go through there... (what interest would I have had in taking a tour wrong or longer? I repeat it was late, it was raining heavily and the only thing we asked for was to be able to rest...) First time something like this has happened to me. A real shame.

01/07/2024: Nuova gestione al top!! La cena al Ca' di Sas è stata un'esperienza culinaria di gran gusto che delizia i sensi e soddisfa i palati più esigenti. Ogni portata, preparata con passione, tecnica e raffinatezza dallo chef, è un capolavoro di sapori e presentazione. L'atmosfera elegante e raffinata del ristorante crea il contesto perfetto per gustare piatti prelibati e creativi, frutto di una ricerca attenta degli ingredienti e di un'arte culinaria impeccabile. Una cena al Ca' di Sas è un'esperienza indimenticabile che lascia un ricordo duraturo e la voglia irresistibile di tornare presto per riviverla ancora una volta.

05/09/2024: Not bad but there is better, where you like it and in the province. Gnocco fried too often, first courses good but not exceptional. Good meat, I ate horse tartare. Good wine but generally high prices. Cozy place but you can smell a bad smell outside. Very good service, friendly, patient and professional staff.

31/08/2024: For work reasons, we stopped in this restaurant, practically a few steps from the center, very well furnished and characteristic of the Piacenza area. We chose the classic menu, and not the one of the day, to taste the local specialties, starting with an appetizer of culatello, culaccia with fried cake, first courses, we are spoiled for choice, and we opted for the tortelli with butter and sage, and with mushrooms, really excellent, with homemade pasta and filled with ricotta and spinach. For the second course we chose the small horse steak, truly sublime, perfect in cooking and flavours. Plus a sorbet, two coffees and two house liqueurs, for a bill of €70.00. Recommended.

21/08/2024: Arrivati in moto ci hanno fatto parcheggiare all’ombra poi gentilmente ci hanno accolto nella fresca terrazza retrostante. I salumi di antipasto si sciolgono in bocca. Gustato tre primi di pasta fatta a mano dalla proprietaria speciali come il dolce di mele. Ingredienti di qualità e si percepisce che sono piatti che richiedono tempo e passione. La nostra soddisfazione spero li ripaghi di tanta attenzione. Grazie

18/08/2024: Spettacolare. Ambiente molto pulito, bagno compresi. Personale delizioso, disponibile e gentile. Ottime materie prime. Tortelli burro e salvia stratosferici. Ma il colpo di classe è stata la Tarte Tatin, impagabile. Il tutto servito su di una deliziosa terrazza. Prezzi adeguati alla location. Assolutamente consigliato. Ottimo punto di riferimento. Bravi.
