13/09/2025: If you want good, high-quality food, this is the place to be. A variety of very imaginative risottos. Meat, fish, and seafood are all perfectly prepared. The menu isn't overly extensive, but certainly has something for everyone. The wine list features red and white wines exclusively from Italy and France: Rating: very good. What we missed was a rosé wine that was clearly labeled as such.

16/08/2025: If you want to eat well (fish), this is the right restaurant. The dishes are always top-notch. The dining room staff is young but always polite and attentive. The interior is bright and welcoming. If you eat outside, it's always pleasant to be in the Rivergaro square. The prices are fair, given the quality of the product. Imma is always welcoming and present in the dining room. Kudos to the kitchen. I recommend it.

14/10/2025: We stopped by on our motorbike with friends for an aperitif... the owner was extremely friendly and kind... we were served excellently and the appetizers that accompanied our Aperol Spritz were plentiful and of excellent quality... Recommended!!!

08/09/2025: We wait standing for 10 minutes... no one comes. We ask and they tell us to wait outside and they'll be there in ten minutes... we sit at the tables in front of the entrance and no one comes. We go inside and ask and they tell us to sit where the tables are set, so we sit... no one comes, but instead they go to take orders from people who arrived after us and sat where they had us moved. After a while, a waitress comes and gives us menus, but one of us doesn't want to eat the dishes but wants a toasted sandwich, so they tell us they don't serve sandwiches at the tables that are already set... we're at a loss and, after wasting 25 minutes being shuffled around, we decide to leave. Restaurateurs: when they get too busy, they start to not care about customers, only to cry when they're no longer working... Not recommended.

10/09/2025: Definitely the most Vipparolo spot in Piacenza. Opened by the incomparable barrista Medardo, a master of cocktails and bartending. Classy, ​​high-quality service. 2025: After Medardo's passing, his heirs carried on the tradition, and the Blue Factory remains a trendy, classy place; the cocktails, food, and service are still excellent. Definitely recommended. Still the best place for aperitifs.
