17/05/2025: Very kind, I buy from them mainly bread, focaccia, pizzas. A very well-kept bakery. I also buy trays to bring to presentations and the packaging is simple but perfectly staged. The people I bring these trays to during presentations are enthusiastic and do not leave a crumb.

29/04/2025: Historic bakery in the heart of Pianello, excellent bread and focaccia and baked goods. They also make tortelli, ravioli and lasagne and even stuffed sandwiches. The cakes are delicious. There you can also find excellent wine from Val Tidone. The staff is kind and courteous.

01/05/2025: I haven't eaten as well as here in a long time. We arrived at 4 p.m. and had a four-course menu with local specialties, even vegetarian ones. I can highly recommend!!!

20/06/2025: I stopped at noon, I had as a first course tortelloni with butter and sage, a tart, a medium beer and a coffee. All good. Young and friendly staff, fast service. Price a little above average.

03/06/2025: Terribile il posto é bello, mia figlia aveva prenotato il pic nic e c’eravamo solo noi, in ombra, complice una giornata ventilata al fresco, accanto allo stagno, con l'arrivo discreto di alcune mucche e senza zanzare. Un panorama veramente bucolico, e come in un dipinto idilliaco degno di ET IN ARCADIA EGO ecco la parte negativa. Siamo arrivati all'agriturismo e nessuno ci accoglie né dice dove andare, comportamento inqualificabile per una struttura di ristorazione, va bene il Pic nic ma un minimo.... Troviamo per nostro conto il tavolo, abbastanza distante dalla zona ristoro, seguendo le voci, in vicinanza di uno stagno d'acqua, … Mia figlia aveva avvisato in precedenza che si trattava di un compleanno e che avrebbe portato dolci di pasticceria, arriva e le dicono che non c’è posto in frigo… va beh adattandosi nonostante i 30 gradi e i dolci di pasticceri, trovano una soluzione e li mettono giù al fresco, in cantina tamponando la situazione..... Questa area picnic é un bel po’ lontana e leggermente in salita, dalla zona ristorante, nessuno per oltre un'ora si fa' vedere, il servizio per tutto il tempo é completamente inesistente proprio come l'accoglienza. Su iniziativa di mio genero e altri invitati, si prodigano con un continuo andare avanti e indietro dal ristorante a supplire alla mancanza del personale per procurarsi sia il cibo che le bevande dove in ogni struttura degna di questo nome ti domandano dopo 5 mn, "cosa volete bere?" Quindi tutto, compresi i cestini del pranzo che dopo un’ora nessuno aveva pensato di portarci. Rimangono in attesa, anche 10 minuti per auto-servirsi, perché il personale era impegnato con una comunione arrivata praticamente un'ora dopo il nostro arrivo e questi commensali "quelli della comunione" venivano prima. Quindi ho contato almeno una decina di pellegrinaggi al ristorante di vari invitati e di mio genero, per approvvigionare con cibo e acqua e posate di plastica e pane Stessa storia di nuovo per la torta, viene chiesto un coltello: “quello da bistecca perché l’altro ci serve”… chiediamo delle forchettine per il dessert, che richiedono un ulteriore viaggio: “ma come le altre le avete già finite?”, quindi secondo loro il dolce lo mangio con la forchettina che ho usato per la lasagna, ma scherziamo? gli invitati diventano i camerieri e passano complessivamente due ore a fare avanti e indietro. Unico viaggio loro: su un errore, dove mancavano due primi, trovano anche qui una soluzione: “posso farvi una pasta al pomodoro o al ragù”, mio genero opta per il ragù, questi almeno ci vengono serviti ma del ragù nemmeno l’ombra, sono al pomodoro… Il cibo Le lasagne tradizionali al ragù e besciamella, erano come qualità appena sufficienti, decisamente asciutte, e inoltre reclamano la mancanza quasi totale del ragù. L'altro tipo vegetariane, la pasta non sembrava una lasagna ma un tipo di pasta lunga e ondulata, con molta verdura tagliata e formaggio, comunque anche queste ben diverse da una lasagna vegetariana ma più vicina a una pasta con le verdure. Il salume era preparato dal giorno prima, noi emiliani/ piacentini conosciamo molto bene la coppa e pancetta fresche di un bel colore rosso vivo, mentre il salume servito era di un bel colore beige eche prende dopo almeno 12 ora dal taglio, un formaggio primo sale quasi insapore e gommoso, soffriva anche lui la perdita di liquidi e la preparazione moltooo anticipata. Arrivati a pagare (una somma piuttosto ingente perché comunque eravamo una ventina) nessuno si scusa o si pone il minimo problema per un servizio completamente inesistente… Come dice il titolo… un terribile che nonostante il luogo ha un potenziale ottimo, la totale mancanza di sensibilità nel NON essere presenti per dei commensali serviti con cestini dal ristorante e pagati sonoramente, e non accorgersene né durante la giornata né alla fine della stessa, per loro era andato tutto bene anzi benissimo. Per me era la prima volta che andavo ma sarà anche l’ultima di volta. Bastava accogliere e portare ai CLIENTI PAGANTI quanto dovuto.... Se fosse il mio agriturismo mi attrezzerei con un carretto, pieno di leccornie, trainato da un unicorno cavalcato da una fata 😉 A parte la battuta, bastava avere l'attenzione di un ristoratore attento ai propri clienti di ogni tipo, rendendosi conto in maniera dinamica delle mancanze nel servizio e reagendo attivamente alle difficoltà. Erano presenti diversi bambini, bastava caricare acqua e cestini su un paio di asinelli ( presenti nella struttura ) e portare con loro con meraviglia e ammirazione di grandi e piccini tutto. Ciliegina sulla torta, all'uscita la presenza di un cane bianco di grossa taglie alla catena e visibilmente sofferente. Povero

The food was excellent, the quantity of the aperitif was super abundant and varied. I can't find words other than Thank you to the super kind and helpful staff for anything! 30/04/2025: April 29, 2025, a memorable date for our family who celebrated Lucrezia's graduation. The added value to the party was undoubtedly having chosen the Vault of the Bishop and having met the Organizer, Carlo Tortora, who with his availability and professionalism led us by the hand from the first moment to manage the entire event in a balanced manner without failing to advise us and best interpret our needs and expectations, not just culinary ones. The location, the choice of dishes, the discreet, composed and attentive presence of the staff made all the guests feel welcomed and calmly placed in a position to enjoy every moment. We chose from a vast possibility of menu combinations, first enjoying the park, impeccably maintained, for the ritual photos and for aperitifs among various combinations of local but also extra-regional specialties and then continued in one of the adjacent vaulted rooms, furnished with round tables and white tablecloths with central flowers, where the atmosphere was extremely elegant. All the guests enjoyed the excellently prepared dishes which punctually and carefully respected the agreements made with an excellent quality/price ratio. For our future celebrations and/or even simply convivial occasions, we now know that the Vault of the Bishop is a certainty of success. See you soon and thanks again. Compliments!!!!

18/05/2025: As a place I can say that I ate quite well, the service is really fast in fact in less than an hour we ate The portions were right and the quality seemed good The only flaw is that for an ayce it doesn't have much choice of dishes
