Trattoria Nuova da Pinuccio

19/04/2026: We were passing by on our motorbike and I caught sight of the curious name of this trattoria, "da Pinuccio," a bit typical of our southern Italy but I think genuine Piacenza residents. Their courtesy was immediately their strong point, and the food even more so. I ate their signature dish, the PISAREI, which I must say was excellent, and those guancialini with ragù.
"Oh, my bad, I'm getting richer."
I highly recommend it.
And especially to biker friends.

02/02/2026: A well-established bar for Piacenza residents, its simple decor is free of frills and unnecessary modernity. The breakfasts are excellent, with a variety of generous sandwiches, some freshly made, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Very good prices. Ample parking is available in front of the bar.

I had a pizza that was truly inedible, then a portion of tacos with paprika that were truly tasteless and inedible...

13/01/2026: The pizza is embarrassing; the dough is hard and the quality of the ingredients isn't top-notch. If you try to reheat it, it becomes a brick to eat...very heavy. I understand that it's the only pizzeria by the slice in Rivergaro and therefore tops its category, being the only one, but if we had to rank it against the other traditional pizzerias in Rivergaro and its surrounding areas, I'd say it would rank last.

06/04/2026: A magical place like I haven't seen since the 1970s in Milan's Navigli area, where you can sit and stay for hours chatting with the people at your table next to you, except that we're in Piacenza, which makes this even more impossible.

08/03/2026: I came here on the recommendation of friends. The food is delicious, and you can even try the kangaroo meat, which is truly excellent. Top-notch cooking. The waiters are really friendly. I highly recommend it.
18/12/2025: I also ate a huge piece of excellent beef. Very fast service, like on a conveyor belt. Extremely tasty and relatively cheap. €18 450g of beef. Tasty.
