26/01/2025: Paganuzzi un ISTITUZIONE della buona cucina piacentina... se volevo mangiare sano e genuino sapete dove andare !!! Marino ed Elisabetta i padroni di casa molto attenti e preparati vi faranno sentire come a casa... Dietro le quinte in cucina Lorenzo e Antonella orchestrano senza apparire con passione e qualità da tanti anni... insomma da provare assolutamente
31/12/2024: È una trattoria classica a conduzione familiare. Siamo clienti da anni e non delude mai. Ottimi i casoncelli di magro con la sfoglia sottilissima, ma tutti i piatti sia i primi e secondi, salumi e gnocco sono ottimi. Prezzo basso 25/30

18/03/2025: Locale posizionato quasi in centro, anolini troppo speziati in brodo, antipasti con cipollotti, salumi, nella media e insalata russa. Bollito misto come secondo accompagnati dalla salsa verde e da mostarda. Tutto buono, ma il prezzo mi sembra un pelo alto. Comunque lo consiglio, due lire in piu' non fanno la differenza. A presto.
11/03/2025: Ritorno piacevole in questo storico locale dove sembra di entrare in un ristorante degli anni 80.
Ma tutto è particolarmente perfetto, dalla pulizia , al personale ben vestito ed educato, al conto onestissimo, al menu.
Il carrello dei bolliti e degli arrosti merita la sosta.
Consiglio:
Non riempitivi di altre leccornie ma dedicatevi a quello.
Per primi ed antipasti, ci sara' un'altra occasione.

We had dinner to celebrate a family birthday, a really welcoming place, very kind and helpful staff, truly delicious food!
This is our first time dining at this restaurant and we will definitely be back

26/01/2025: I order two takeaway pizzas, they tell me if they are ready by 8.30pm. I wait until 8.47pm. In my "MORGANA" pizza (würstel, salami, ham, mushrooms and seafood) I had the seafood removed, but the price does not change because "they add a little more than the other ingredients". But what kind of reason is that! If I add seafood to a pizza you charge €2/3 more, but if I remove it the price remains the same? But think about yourself. However, even if you are unpleasant, you are bye.

02/02/2025: Today my wife and I had lunch in this beautiful restaurant lost in the hills. Dishes expertly prepared and truly exquisite. Fair prices. Welcoming atmosphere. Ample parking very close by. A round of applause to the very kind and young waitress who studies and works. We will definitely be back.

17/11/2024: We went to Il Nuovo Mugnaio a few months ago, but I can't forget the kindness of the staff, they were very kind to us and our daughter, giving us information (we were on a trip) and selling us bread and treats even during closing time.
Delicious bread, the flavors of the past enclosed in a bite.
Definitely satisfied, when we pass through Bobbio again we will certainly come back to visit you!
10/09/2024: We live outside the province, an hour's drive away, but when we want to treat ourselves to a little serenity we come to Bobbio. A trip to the Nuovo Mugnaio is never lacking, excellent products and few frills. Only kindness and helpfulness. Last year the owner managed to make my wife eat bacon that she hadn't even wanted to taste before. She converted. Last Friday we stopped by and had coppa sandwiches. What am I telling you to do? Thanks for everything and keep it up.

26/03/2025: Business dinner, very welcoming staff and traditional Abruzzo dishes of excellent quality, it is a restaurant that is close to my business and that I didn't know about, I have to compliment it because we ate exceptional first courses of pasta and beans and excellent quality kebabs, the vegetable side dish was also excellent, quick in bringing the dishes, really compliments, recommended restaurant

Salone molto bello con luci soffuse, dj alla console ed enorme buffet con tante specialità.
Peccato per le paste (al forno e lasagne) tiepide.
Si trova di tutto,dai formaggi ai salumi, dal salmone ai dolci.
20 euro con una consumazione compresa.
Personale gentile (non come tempo fa).
