Returning from the Genoa Boat Show, we decided to end the day with a seafood dinner.
Words cannot describe the wonderful evening we spent at this restaurant.
Every dish was a discovery, a true triumph of flavors.
We began with a seafood appetizer that was nothing short of exceptional: a rich and varied platter, featuring a selection of the freshest seafood specialties, impeccably presented.
Not only a pleasure for the palate, but also for the eyes!
Next, the "Fried" shrimp, calamari, and mixed fish was simply perfect: crispy, dry, and incredibly light, with the freshest ingredients that melted in the mouth.
A true cloud of flavor!
To finish on a high note, we tried a dessert that was a true work of art, perfectly in keeping with the seasons.
Beautifully presented and, even more importantly, exquisite in flavor. A perfect end to an already memorable dinner.
Everything was accompanied by a light and tasty house sparkling white wine, which paired perfectly with each course.
The service was impeccable: the staff was attentive, professional, and friendly, and Piero and Halyna were welcoming and helpful as always.
The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing.
If you love good seafood and want a top-notch culinary experience, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

04/08/2025: An excellent trattoria after a nice motorcycle ride. All the dishes are prepared with authenticity, you won't leave hungry, and the price is reasonable. While you eat, the view stretches across the mountains, and the tranquility reigns supreme.

01/10/2025: Nice room, quite small though. The bed was comfortable, except from the plastic covering of the mattress. Shouldnt be there, concidering the price of the room!
Every time guests on the upper floors flushed their toiletts, it sounded as if somebody would slam a wet pizza on the floor of my room. At first I was startled each time. And it woke me up at night. And the water of the showers sounded like small waterfalls running trough my room....... well....very annoying.
10/09/2025: The location is excellent, the rooms are nice, but quite noisy. The parking situation is disastrous. The advertised secure parking is surprisingly not available to everyone. We spent almost an hour searching for a parking space (completely exhausted after an already long drive) and only found one far away because all the spaces were full. Therefore, the information provided is incorrect. The gentleman at the reception who informed us of this was rather impatient and condescending.

29/09/2025: My husband and I went to have lunch here and the service was terrible, we ordered two drinks and a bottle of water and the water never came and they tried to charge us for it anyways. We also ordered one tartar and two dishes of pasta. They served the tartar and just one of the dishes and it took them more than thirty minutes to bring the other pasta dish. We also ordered a glass of wine and they never served it. The bread they served us was incomplete (the other tables had two types of bread, us just one type) and really stiff. Before we paid, we complained to the manager and the guy who server us but they didn’t even apologize. On top of that, it was so expensive, 67€ for one beer, one glass of wine, one tartar and two pasta dishes.
24/09/2025: A place where quality is evident from the first bite.
There were three of us with an 8:00 PM reservation, and our table was ready when we arrived. We were greeted immediately, and the ordering and delivery times were perfect: the sparkling water arrived immediately, followed by the 2024 Ortrugo wine, fresh and of excellent quality.
For our appetizer, we shared a pizza: very light, well-aired dough, and excellent ingredients. It truly exceeded our expectations.
The first courses were perfectly cooked and presented: the portions were just right, not excessive.
We finished with a shared dessert: spectacular in both presentation and flavor, much appreciated also thanks to the kindness of the waiter, who brought us three small cutlery sets so we could all sample it.
The atmosphere is refined, but I would point out the lack of tablecloths as a negative: only the tablecloths remain on the tables, and this detail is a bit out of place with the €3 cover charge.
Otherwise, the service was friendly and attentive, with clear prices both on the menu and on the bill. We spent around €30 each, a fair price for the quality and experience offered.
Best dish of the evening: the pizza, thanks to an excellent dough and top-quality ingredients.
A place worth remembering: here the pizza is surprising, the first courses are convincing, and the dessert leaves a smile on your face.

04/08/2025: Very good pizza, thin and crispy. Fairly priced, even cheaper than other pizzerias in the city. A welcoming place with a spacious terrace that lets you enjoy the cool shade of the surrounding trees. The service needs improvement. We asked in advance if we could bring a birthday cake and have it served. We were assured there would be no problem, as it's a service they provide regularly. It's a shame the waitress was annoyed by the task (she was clearly overheard by someone who came down to ask for a knife and how much it would cost to make it themselves, given that time was passing, service wasn't being provided, and the cake was in danger of melting). A real shame. We won't be returning.

09/10/2025: I had lunch at the agriturismo with my partner and we had a great time.
The food was remarkable—not exceptional, but well-cooked and of high quality.
The staff were kind and friendly, which should be expected but not a given. We appreciated their approach and kindness. The location is wonderful: surrounded by hills and greenery, it evokes the rural atmosphere of times gone by. The riding stables are also lovely.
I would return and definitely recommend it. Go there!
24/09/2025: A lovely, spacious place where we only dined, not stayed overnight. Large tables are often found, and if you're dining as a couple, you might find yourself in a bit of a hustle and bustle. We ate well, with attentive and well-timed service, and delicious, generous traditional Piacenza dishes. The price is a bit above average, in short, a bit too much for an Agriturismo.
