A simple and authentic farmhouse nestled in the greenery of the Val d'Arda. It's easy to find, even if the maps aren't very accurate. Excellent traditional dishes and wine at bargain prices. The owner is friendly and helpful. Recommended for anyone visiting the area, even just for sightseeing. Highly recommended!

A "simple" yet surprising agriturismo! The remote location may already be charming, but the food is decidedly like grandma's Piacenza cooking—in a good way! The tortelli immediately took first place in my personal (and 40-year-old) ranking of restaurants in the valleys. The owners are friendly and kind.

10/12/2025: We've known the place for years, and Mimma and Paolo have always been incredibly reliable as chefs and hosts. They're always sure of the excellent food, including Piacenza dishes and grilled meats. We'd love to return again... Thank you.

07/04/2026: Fixed-price lunch with plentiful, good-quality food and a wide choice of meat and fish.
06/04/2026: A magical place like I haven't seen since the 1970s in Milan's Navigli area, where you can sit and stay for hours chatting with the people at your table next to you, except that we're in Piacenza, which makes this even more impossible.
