We've known the place for years, and Mimma and Paolo have always been incredibly reliable as chefs and hosts. They're always sure of the excellent food, including Piacenza dishes and grilled meats. We'd love to return again... Thank you.

Excellent boneless, fat-free rib-eye steak, cooked rare. My wife had a generous roast beef, all served with a side of fries and grilled vegetables, two desserts, coffee, 2 liters of water, and 1/4 cup of sparkling white wine. All for €57. Excellent for me.

I found the Osteria by chance, while I was out on my motorcycle, when I saw someone coming out and noticed a rustic feel. I wasn't wrong; the stone restaurant is very homely. The gnocco fritto and mushroom risotto made for a truly wonderful lunch. The gnocco is made according to Emilian art. Oh, and don't forget to pick up the excellent honey and a can of Galup, which are fabulous and you'll be amazed by their deliciousness.

07/04/2026: Fixed-price lunch with plentiful, good-quality food and a wide choice of meat and fish.
06/04/2026: A magical place like I haven't seen since the 1970s in Milan's Navigli area, where you can sit and stay for hours chatting with the people at your table next to you, except that we're in Piacenza, which makes this even more impossible.

23/03/2026: We chose Osteria Da Nando for our wedding lunch, which took place on March 21, 2026. What can I say...Exceptional cuisine, a warm welcome and attention to detail, collaboration, and so much patience. Every time a guest needed information, they were there. Two and three traditional dishes, which we chose together and which we found even better than we'd heard. A huge thank you again to all the staff, especially the Chef (who was wonderful): we had fun, we had to unbutton our shirts, and, above all, we'll always have wonderful memories of this day.
