Good pizza dough, but I would define gourmet pizza as more of a focaccia

EDIT: they changed address a few days ago; Now I'm right in the center of Cremona. The atmosphere is more characteristic and less anonymous than the previous one. The dishes also convinced me more: the Linguine di Gragnano with anchovy sauce and provolone cheese from Monaco were delicious; The fried squid and prawns were well done. The pizza and Neapolitan fries are also excellent. Stopped here for a quick bite. I tried their pizza of the month, the Katsobushi, with courgettes, prawns and the famous Japanese fermented tuna which is grated as if it were truffle: very good, with an interesting dough, soft and raw at the same time, and fresh and well-cleaned prawns. I found the service a little slow and even a little cold, even though there were only a few of us in the inn at that time. The prices are honest, even if my pizza cost a little more than the others on the menu due to the ingredients.

Domenica con cremona colma per la festa del torrone,all ultimo minuto 13.45 decidiamo di chiamare per sentire se aveva posto. Disponibilità confermata,arriviamo diciamo con buone aspettative visto le recensioni,ed ero incuriosito di provare la cucina. Il menu non è super vario,credo che il piatto sforte dove spinga il ristorante sia la pizza. Comunque nei piatti senza dubbio la qualità dei prodotti si sente.. Un punto in meno la cottura forse 30 secondi in più non avrebbero guastato... Secondo un fritto di ottima qualità ma arrivato con qualche minuto di ritardo...non era bello caldo.. Servizio era un po in difficoltà perché credo molti dipendenti erano nel locale di cremona. Cmq confermo che si mangia bene e di qualità. Anche la carta vini soddisfacente. Prezzo dei prodotti in generale un tantino alto... Sicuramente un ottimo posto..le 5 stelle in una giornata con più calma sarebbero arrivate
