11/04/2026: We were at TERRE ALTE last night, and it was simply SPECTACULAR!! The owner, Mr. MICHELE, delighted us with raw fish, steamed fish, and fried fish of ABSOLUTE freshness!! Everything was paired with EXCELLENT wines. For me, it's the best restaurant in ROMAGNA for fish. An excellent evening.

30/03/2026: It was my husband's birthday gift... I'd say... simply... SUBLIME.... We chose the Passo dopo Passo menu and it was an experience, a journey... In every dish, you could recognize all the ingredients used.... the venison tartare was spectacular.... the wine and cocktail pairings for each dish further enhanced the flavors, aromas, and taste of each course.... To conclude, the iconic "Zuppa inglese Da Gorini" Highly recommended and an experience definitely worth repeating.... Impeccable service Thank you for the sensations you made us experience...

06/04/2026: I've decided to write two reviews that focus exclusively on the food: one objective, 5 stars for the quality of the dishes, and the other subjective, 4 stars for a matter of personal taste. I would have liked to taste the chestnut flavor in the chestnut flour tagliatelle, and perhaps find some chestnuts themselves, and in the chocolate dessert, I expected a more intense, bold mint flavor. A very nice location and very kind staff.

09/03/2026: A beautiful place located just above Galeata, it exudes a rejuvenating, timeless atmosphere. The building has been completely renovated with taste. The room we booked, the "water room," was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was delicious, featuring fresh produce. Special mention goes to the owner, Roberto, whom we met. He's a pleasant and knowledgeable person, and he even showed us around the vegetable garden behind the adjoining osteria. He and his partner, Alessandra, had a dream and made it come true. We'll definitely be back.

10/03/2026: I used to go there in the '90s, and I came back with my family. The welcome is wonderful, the owner immediately puts you at ease. The dishes truly have a seafood flavor, and they have excellent recommendations. And a plus is that they welcome our four-legged friends.

09/03/2026: Beautiful and elegant, as soon as you enter, you can sense that hospitality is a cornerstone of the place, as I like to call it, Giorgiopensiero, accompanies the customer through everything that I would not call a banal lunch or dinner, but a well-rounded culinary experience. A pet-friendly place, where even our pets have their own space, well-spaced tables, a warm and elegant atmosphere, the staff are knowledgeable and welcoming and the dishes are simply fantastic, following the seasonality and every time, it is always like the first.... A refined cuisine, never banal or boring, rich in flavor, where the raw materials, truly high quality, are prepared with excellent care, applause to the guys who love their work, and all this comes across on the plate!! The best risotto I have ever tasted.... Highly recommended along with the stuffed pasta, the lightest and tastiest fried food..... In short, Giorgiopensiero has convinced me!!! 06/04/2026: I had dinner at this restaurant with my husband. We ordered two different first courses, one seafood and the other mixed seafood and bacon. For the second course, we had rabbit with giardiniera and baked potatoes. It was truly exceptional!

01/04/2026: Beautiful restaurant in the heart of Longiano. Very professional and fast service, excellent meat and side dishes. We were a large group, and they seated us in the very quaint heated veranda. Highly recommended.

02/04/2026: I called to make a reservation and when I asked, "Are you able to do something vegan?" I was told, "No, I'm so sorry, goodbye." But I wonder, in 2026, is it possible that a restaurant doesn't know the word? Maybe they think they're aliens, but it would be enough to know and have a little knowledge of Italian tradition and from there they would know that there are a myriad of vegan ITALIAN dishes—pasta with garlic, oil, and chili pepper, you know? And you'd take home four covers, three of which would eat FISH and one VEGAN... imagine, what geniuses!

The dishes, the service, and, above all, the food conveyed the Romagna tradition to me, all in a casual yet warm and familiar atmosphere, like my grandmother's house. I absolutely recommend the porcini mushroom, truffle, and cheese dishes, especially considering the truly fair price!
