21/09/2025: We stopped for lunch at this beachfront establishment, and while the woman serving us was very kind, I can't praise the food we ordered. The pasta was made with a fish sauce that was clearly frozen (with perfect rectangles of calamari), despite her assurances that it was fresh. When I pointed this out to my colleague, she was annoyed and said she wasn't in a restaurant. The fried food was also clearly frozen and not very crispy. Catering doesn't necessarily mean owning a restaurant!

31/08/2025: I love this little place. The staff is really friendly. Even at the end of the season, they still have a smile for everyone. The spaghetti with clams tasted like seafood. Kudos to the really friendly staff. The beer by the glass is excellent.

Finally, I've rediscovered one of those beautiful places for lunch, a true gem that I sadly thought no longer existed in Italy. A traditional place, with exceptional quality and a unique atmosphere. Today's lunch was simply fantastic. The tagliatelle with ragù were divine, fresh pasta, hand-rolled as it should be, and a flavorful and enveloping ragù, a true ode to Romagna tradition. And what about the sausages with baked potatoes? Absolutely excellent, perfectly cooked, leaving the sausages juicy and the potatoes crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The portions are just right, and the dishes are prepared with care and authenticity that comes through in every bite. The prices are fair and balanced, an unrivaled value for money given the freshness and quality of the products offered. Special praise goes to the open kitchen, which is simply marvelous. Being able to observe the mastery with which the dishes are prepared, the cleanliness, and the organization is an added value that demonstrates honesty and passion. The staff is very kind and welcoming, contributing to the familiar and relaxing atmosphere. Excellent, attentive, and cheerful service makes you feel at home. Brodino is more than a pasta shop with a kitchen: it's an institution, a reference point for those seeking true culinary tradition, excellent ingredients, and the warm welcome that only certain places can offer. 22/10/2025: We dined with you for the first time on Sunday, October 19, 2025, and were very surprised by the beautiful interior of the restaurant, elegant but not overbearing. Excellent food and excellent service, with all the staff being kind, smiling, and helpful. We greatly appreciated the special attention of the restaurant manager, who improvised a dessert for our friend who was celebrating his birthday without us having informed the restaurant of the special occasion. We will be back soon on Friday evening to enjoy the evening with background music and an engaging atmosphere. Exceptional value for money.

24/10/2025: There's no point in telling. You either want to go to Gorini's or you don't. The price and menu are always available on the website, and both require a certain amount of availability. It's the willingness to savor combinations you don't usually try that counts. In my opinion, it's delicious.

07/10/2025: My daughter and I went for lunch, a gift from my son, with a free-form option. The staff was very friendly, and we were able to bring our small dog along. Each course was a pleasant discovery, paired with a non-alcoholic cocktail to match the specific dish. For the two of us, five courses, including dessert, plus a different cocktail each time, were a unique experience. However, I think it's not a restaurant for everyone, not in terms of price, but rather the delicate sense of appreciating the aroma of each course. I admit that it's not easy, but it's certainly very pleasant.
