15/10/2025: The best machine ever 🥰 The always original and modern aesthetics and the coffee are creamy and satisfying. I think I've had them all and never had any problems. My favorite coffee is still the Milano...creamy and delicate. I recommend this shop for the helpfulness of the girls, always smiling and kind.

12/09/2025: Good morning, yesterday afternoon I went to the Bialetti store in the Ipercoop shopping center in Ferrara to buy a Bialetti single-cup moka pot filter. I paid €5.90 for the replacement, and since I had to buy at the supermarket, I noticed that the same product cost €1.99. Considering the price difference significantly higher than the market price, I returned to the store to ask for an explanation. The sales assistant, looking annoyed, bordering on provocative, justified her decision by saying: "There's a free market; Ipercoop can set prices different from ours and offer the product at the lowest cost." Without getting into the sales technicalities, considering the selling price is so high compared to Percoop, I suggest you check Bialetti's prices before purchasing.

24/07/2024: Schifo. Ordinato due kebab senza piccante alle 18:55, arrivati alle 19:30 nel posto sbagliato con piccante e tutto quello che non avevamo chiesto. Non si digerisce neanche. Fa schifo e personale antipatico.
