14/12/2024: A little place discovered by chance near Anghiari (AR), as soon as you enter you are welcomed by a spectacular delicatessen counter, next to the rustic style rooms where you eat. The food is really good, made with quality ingredients and processed with love, you can taste it in your mouth! Even the oil at the table is of excellent quality and this says a lot. The ribollita is excellent, the tagliolini with duck ragù is excellent, the stewed wild boar is tasty, the scroccadenti, the seahorses and... the tart with fig and walnut jam are amazing! I say it for your good: go to Vecchia Osteria La Pergola, you can eat well 👍

06/01/2025: We arrived at this place for lunch on January 2nd, and although we had called because there were 22 of us, they told us that we couldn't book. When we arrived, however, we found two beautiful tables already beautifully set. We ordered the platters. They are served on a large plate and The Hunter has an extra saucer with polenta with wild boar ragù. The ingredients seem to be fresh and tasty, especially I took the Cacciatore and the polenta was really rich and the cold cuts very inviting. The Schiacciata that accompanied the dish was delicious: hot with a tender and crunchy center on the outside. The dishes with Chianina meat burgers are very abundant. If potatoes are included in the dish, they are served in a straw paper bag which is also hot and crunchy. As well as mushrooms and onion rings. In my opinion, for the price they have, they are an excellent solution for lunch. The service is fast and all the staff are courteous.

27/12/2024: Eravamo di passaggio ed essendo ora di pranzo ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, servizio eccellente, ambiente accogliente e caratteristico con caminetto. Siamo stati davvero molto soddisfatti. Consigliatissimo.

21/01/2025: We went with 4 people for the Wrought Iron Festival, we had booked and the table was given to us almost an hour later (it was also cold outside). Once seated, the service was dilapidated, the food was cold and not looked after. Experience not to be repeated. It was probably not evening, we were told that there was a certainty for us a great disappointment.

20/11/2024: Per una cena di famiglia in un freddo lunedì sera ci siamo fermati in questo locale… Siamo rimasti tutti molto soddisfatti. I primi piatti erano tutti deliziosi,il ragù bianco delizioso,i ravioli al mascarpone davvero saporiti…anche gli antipastini centrali che abbiamo provato ci hanno deliziati. Insomma se volete provare i sapori e i sentori tipici toscani questa osteria fa il caso vostro! Complimenti

22/03/2025: An excellent Tuscan dining experience. Very friendly staff, great food. We were there in the off season (March) so parking was quite easy and it wasn’t hard to get a table. The Papardelle with wild boar was excellent as was the Polenta with wild boar. Mixed beef/lamb grill was good. Tagliatelle with truffles was incredible.

16/11/2024: Ci siamo trovati in questa locanda davvero per un magnifico caso, senza conoscerlo ed è stata una sorpresa stupenda! Un pranzo con spettacolo grazie al grandissimo oste che oltre a presentare ogni piatto alla stregua di Benigni con la Divina Commedia... ci ha deliziato con piatti della tradizione cucinati ad arte, gustosi e generosi come questi posti. Ci siamo rinfocillati ma soprattutto divertiti. Provare per credere!

01/09/2024: Con la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati a pranzare in questa osteria per caso, di passaggio verso l'Umbria. Situata nel piccolo centro storico, appena varcata la soglia si è accolti da un vero Oste d'altri tempi. Toscanccio con la battuta pronta, di pochi fronzoli e buona sostanza, sentire decantarlgi il menù è come assistere ad uno spettacolo teatrale. Nel menù si trovano classici piatti toscani e vecchie ricette riscoperte. Noi abbiamo preso pici all'aglione e all'anatra e dopo capretto arrosto, tutto squisito. La bambina ha mangiato un piatto di penne al pomodoro che al momento del conto ci è stato offerto e non era per niente scontato visto che da altre parti per lo stesso piatto ci hanno fatto spendere anche 14 euro. Conto più che onesto per la qualità del cibo offerto. Sicuramente consigliato.

21/01/2025: A gem near Arrezo in the village of Duddova. A quiet place to enjoy in comfort Village atmosphere, an wine shop with good wine and typical Cucchina a la Nonna, family-run and very pleasant.
