08/09/2025: The food was nothing special (spaghetti with garlic DOP that tasted almost entirely of tomato, stuffed calamari that was very salty and hard to cut), the service was chaotic and disorganized, the dishes arrived completely out of alignment; I had almost finished my plate when my wife's arrived. The place was very noisy, in short, an experience not to be repeated. - Added after the owner's response - I understand that a negative review can be annoying, but unfortunately for you, my judgment has always been objective; just look at my other reviews. When you completely miscalculate the timing of an order and the food isn't up to par, you can't hide behind the excuse "we're an osteria." Regarding the question of empathy, I'll let the reader judge, but I certainly didn't find any; just look at your last sentence...

08/09/2025: Lunch in the center of Arezzo on a very busy Sunday, both for the Saracen Joust and the antiques fair. Despite the crowds, this osteria served delicious food, and the staff were very courteous and professional. Thank you so much and best of luck for the future! 💪🏻

28/08/2025: Great restaurant. The atmosphere was quiet and unique. The food was great, very tasteful and there’s a lot of vegetarian options. There is also a few cats hanging around, very cute. The service was excellent. This is definitely an amazing restaurant. We paid around 55€ for 2 starters, 2 main courses, and one dessert which is an excellent price for the amount of food we were served :)

28/06/2025: Thirty-year customers of the place.. done baptisms, communions etc... excellent traditional Tuscan food, as excellent the quality/price ratio. The location a little dated but the service is always ready and available. Large parking lot and garden. If you want to eat well I recommend!

21/06/2025: It's not a starred place and who cares, you eat like at home or rather like we used to eat at my grandfather's house in Pergine. €25 per person 1.5 l of wine, one water, two Tuscan appetizers, two nettle and parmesan ravioli, one tagliatelle with ragù and roast turned for three, two portions of fried flowers and one of roasted potatoes, they also brought us another portion of fried flowers because for them, the two portions were small. Two desserts, three coffees and three Amma coffees. If I really have to find a sore point, I would have cooked the roasted potatoes more. Thank you for your kindness and service.

24/07/2025: Caminando por la hermosa ciudad de Cortona, encontramos esta joya de un restaurante. La comida, el servicio, el aspecto y el ambiente era genial. Excelente comida, cualquier pregunta sobre el personal del menú está encantado de ayudar, nos encantó toda la experiencia. Recomendamos Nessun Dorma!

20/07/2025: Posto centralissimo. Ottima la carne,sia il filetto che la tagliata. Sembra un locale solo turistico ma non è così. Da provare!

03/08/2025: The red wine was way too cold and the menu was impossible to read, but there was fresh Parmesan cheese. The service was fast, but the tomato sauce tasted like it was from a jar, and the ground meat was bland. The truffle gnocchi and carbonara were fine, although some of the pasta wasn't cooked through. The menu also said ravioli and tiramisu, but we couldn't order them. Furthermore, the food was a bit more expensive than other restaurants. The restrooms were also dirty and smelly. Absolutely not recommended!

26/08/2025: The meat is delicious and the service is good, but only three stars due to the price and the constant intrusions by flower vendors. I would like to remind you that the owners have a duty to ensure the privacy and safety of paying customers.

06/08/2025: Great place for dinner in Arezzo! Staff is very friendly and the restaurant has a nice terrace at a picturesque location along the (pedestrian) streets. Staff was super friendly, also very kind towards kids and dogs and thoughtful about course timing!
