The defining characteristic of the place WAS the service: elegant, precise, detached, impeccable. A real change of heart, despite the quality of the ingredients being impeccable. Perfect menu offering, exceptional timing. Details that make the difference: a wine list with loose sheets and incredibly hard-to-find cellars for the period. Strange. Highlights: a pushy, clumsy, almost too casual, and distracted waiter. In particular, despite the awkward demands of a head waiter, he continued undauntedly to interact with the diners, despite his embarrassing communication skills. Unsolicited jokes and comments, worthy of the lowest of taverns. He even suggested an altercation. This is probably a reflection of the times. I don't think it's worth returning. See you next time.

From the chef to the dining room staff, they are all very kind and professional, and each course is described with exceptional professionalism and expertise. I highly recommend visiting; it's located right in the center of Cosenza.
