In the heart of Cosenza, one of the few Calabrian restaurants I know that offers exceptional quality from every angle. A highly refined menu, expertly blending Tuscan elements with authentic Calabrian (Cosenza) traditions, for a simply breathtaking blend of flavors. All accompanied by a selection of top-quality wines and spirits, and exceptional service (let me tell you the funny story behind the restaurant's name). Homemade pasta topped with the best the region has to offer, top-quality ingredients, and modern combinations of classic elements from popular cuisines: an extraordinary experience, and a value for money that, for me (who lives in Milan), is simply unbelievable. It clearly doesn't market itself as a restaurant for tourists, and this is evident in the select clientele and the deliberately simple yet elegant ambiance. I'll try to return whenever I'm in Cosenza.

Best restaurant in Cosenza! Excellent value, impeccable staff, intimate atmosphere, and refined cuisine, featuring traditional flavors yet sophisticated presentation and combinations, with generous and carefully selected portions. The staff proved highly knowledgeable and willing to accommodate the off-menu requests of two vegan guests.

A very nice place, small and intimate, very well-maintained and with quality service. Excellent menu selection, though the flavors could be slightly improved. Good wine cellar. More than fair price. A place to return without a doubt.

The good times are over Mar 2026 • Friends Too bad: Saturday night, twelve friends, convivial atmosphere. The defining characteristic of the place WAS the service: elegant, precise, detached, impeccable. A real change of heart, despite the quality of the ingredients being impeccable. Perfect menu offering, exceptional timing. Details that make the difference: a wine list with loose sheets and incredibly hard-to-find cellars for the period. Strange. Highlights: a pushy, clumsy, almost too casual, and distracted waiter. In particular, despite the awkward demands of a head waiter, he continued undauntedly to interact with the diners, despite his embarrassing communication skills. Unsolicited jokes and comments, worthy of the lowest of taverns. He even suggested an altercation. This is probably a reflection of the times. I don't think it's worth returning. See you next time.

Very beautiful, intimate and welcoming venue, excellent cuisine with carefully selected ingredients, elegantly prepared and presented. From the chef to the dining room staff, they are all very kind and professional, and each course is described with exceptional professionalism and expertise. I highly recommend visiting; it's located right in the center of Cosenza.
